After my experience from my last 2 trackdays. I would say brakes and handling could do with uprating, i have been using standard disks with mintex pads standard brake lines and dot 4 brake fluid and i have noticed i can do about 15-20 minutes then i have no brakes left, so would have to be better fluid like a dot 5.1 braided brake lines and i have upgraded to st185 setup which i have yet to fit Handling if you dont want coilovers some springs and adjustable shockers should be fine like gab, koni etc a few upper braces and lower braces and i noticed at the trackday on friday everyone had rea

Yep thats my shopping list i have brought the most expensive bits now for my build just a few more bits before i can do the bottom end then save abit more for the headwork

My shopping list would be/is Forged Rods Forged Pistons ACL Bearings Cruise Headgasket Timing belt kit Oil Pump Water Pump Thermostat Oil pressure sensor Full gasket set for top and bottom end Machine work, bored out, notched, decked. Then theres the head if your going extreme Cams Valve Springs Port polish Or just rebuild the head. I have probs forgot bits.

What gauge you got? Im sure theres instructions on the net somewhere i have prosport gauges.

Have you not got a diagram when you brought the gauge? Have you got an adapter plate? Sender just wires into your gauge and will screw into adapter plate, simples.

I have used No nails to stick my head to the block, no leaks so far no need for headbolts this way everytime i take the head off.

Pics are working for me mate I brought the ISC's off Nick and they are pretty damn good to be honest. But i think hes only got the BC's in stock atm i hear they are abit softer than the ISCs but mine are comfortable enough for daily driving on medium so im happy Tiny update: Brought a Greddy Profec B spec 2 boost controller and Some OZ Super Turismos for the track ....and an Ultra Racing 4 point front lower arm bar Found a few problems when fitting the ultra racing under braces the exhaust is in the way so il have to wait to have my side exit on which is made for my new turbo
