olo Sounds like the same problem i had with my HDI when trying to fit with an aftermarket manifold which changed the position of the turbo so i had to rotate the compressor side slightly to get it all to line up simple fix l

Before i had mine mapped i had it running off wastegate spring and max it managed was 0.38 bar going off a 0.5 bar spring due to the little loss you get from fmic. Is yours set up to run off wastegate spring?

The halfords sound good mate i have a snap on for low torques for engine building which ranges from 5nm upwards, and just use a clarke torque wrench for torquing up wheels from machine mart.

The irish lads am running big power an drums at the back last time i saw them at llandow and were breaking perfectly fine with st165 setup, and spent lots of time out on track.

I have someone offered me a perfect uncut bumper on tgtt.com if that works out i may just let you cut yours up

HAHA the MK! bumper must have been done by a blind drunk with no arms but the 2nd attempt on the MK2 bumper was ok just a few cuts in the corners from the looks of it.

Danes looked like there was not much cutting and im sure there was a lad on tgtt.com who fitted his HDI and kept all the grills and number plate holder to his, maybe just did abit of shaving.
