Thats what i got off you bud. However i bought this ages ago before i fitted the clutch from some jap tuner phoned em when i got it and told the guy this isnt what i wanted and had a huge row but he refused to take it bk as he swore its what i needed when the two are put together. i think they guy was right (bugger lol) as this looks like it will work? It turns the oem bearing into essentialy a bigger unit.

Fly is stock dude wich is 80 or 90 iirc and preasure plate is just fookin tight! Lol is all I've ever done on the ork n never had an issue. dont forget to use lock tight on the 6 fly bolts though. and can ya txt me a couple of pics of the rlease bearing dude as i need a replacement for mine and they are the same

Ye not the right one marc and yea micky there is a mushroom like spacer built into the orc ones. Blitz active and exeedy hyper single clutches use the same bearing if that helps your mate ;) i jist need to trackdown some one with stock of the starlet one as every where seems to be out atm. is no biggy as rhd is my last resort as they have em but i dont want to pay their price haha

Lol nope was an epic fail lol. the clutch wasnt alined right (didnt have a tool) so had to pull it back out as the clampforce of the orc is to great to shimmy the plate with the car in gear. then broke the only bastard tool that fit the allen bolts doing the preasure plate back up lol. Also looks like the oem release bearing will not rlease the clutch fully so in desperate need of an orc or blitz active one! So gave up will have another bash in the week as i havnt the time atm. few pics though to keep you goin till the engines in. My modded sump (thanks grant ) Sneaky peek at the p/p head before its hidden by the intake and my lil brother helping clean the block and swap the sumps and strainers. he gets excited when he see's the super sexy crank and full arp bottom end. tbh so do i lol thats all for now till i get a mo to drom the lump in...........again! Lol

I use loctite black sealent. is around £6 a tube and available from halfords etc. never had it fail when used on a well preped surface. is high temp and designed for constant oil saturation

I 100% no where your coming from dude. my progress has been damn near backwards i think its just boost is like crack! When you have it you love it but when you go without you become depressed and make rash decisions................some even buy honda's during this dark time!!! But once boost is back you will forget what the dark times where like and just smile all the time!!!!

I think they are cool but like 99.9% people you have installed the upside down. If you read the instructions they are ment to go the other way so in the event of a catch failier the wind wont lift the handle and release the bonnet. but like i say for some bizare reason most people fit em the wrong way.

The twister as you call it is a corolla one and simlar to the glanza s. the corolla came in lots of engine variants. they did do a few fe engines in them this is the one that fits not the 4age 1.6 manifold thta you are getting confused with mate.

Id also say tom's new actions. worth good money tbf. the seats look like dc5 recaro's too.

10-40 semi is fine. i use mobil myself always have. i have a modded to fook 10,000 mile old forged that I've recently had apart for upgrades and it looks stunning inside so explain please the issue with 10-40? As for 10/12years of running modefied engines and cars I've never had an issue! Fully is too thin imo and of no benifit on our engines.
