Power enterprises cambelt can be reused no problem, I've had mine on and off a good few times. athena gasket in theory can be wiped clean with brake cleaner and reused but tbh i never would as athena gaskets have a sealing layer between some of the mls and it gives a nice tight seal. you would of already compressed this so the second sealing maynot be as good. and arp is luck of the draw. they say you can reuse them up to 3 times but they always recomend new. i snapped one in half reusing it and ended up buying a new set. the broken peice came out easy too so wasnt like it was a dirty thread. it just shit itself on the final sequence. tbh it did look like a defective bolt from the break but just a heads up. my athena and arp where 1000 miles old when i had to replace both due to fitting a portpolished head. some times dude its best to just bite the bullet for peice of mind. they are expensive yes. but you choose to use expensive parts and tbh id always replace where posable. reuse just means redo a few weeks down the line. just my honest opinion bud.

Depends on what ebc you have dude. best bet is to jump on google and download the pdf user manual for you ebc. will show in the manual how to plumb it in bud.

Yea engine cold. tbh is easier to just work out what size yo need and as long as its a bigger gap than what you have just nip to engineers and get em to skim the shim.

With cam lobe up slide feeler guage under and measure the gap between the bottom of the lobe and top of the shim. off the top of my head i dont remeber the limits. im sure its in the tech section sumwhere.

Id like to add it depends what td05 you have as to what it will max at. there are at least 3 i can think of straight away capable of more than 300. Also the mitsi td05's (use a different flange to scoobys) spool quicker as they use smaller wheels. go buy a WEPR turbo kit for a lot less and a second hand turbo and your well away!! Pm sacha (wickedep on here and tgtt) he will be able to sort you out mate and his turbo kits are fualtless ;)

This is barretta's old manifold. its had the flanges and faces all replaced with thicker alloy. a lot thicker tbh. is a very very strong inlet and easily worth the price!! Glws.

Is far quicker and easier to use engine loom and ecu from a glanza. but tbh id just fix the gt. less hassel and if the na is half decent flog it to fund the ep82. they are lighter and handle better than the ep91 too imo
