Just acquired a project car, it's come with a red recaro but it's pretty grubby. What would u guys recommend for cleaning it?

No mate need the actual mount that's just the bush, been in contact with so many people over this cannot find one anywhere

I'll give them a try, I know one will pop up eventually but that could be a while, I've got the black Mount on the box just need the one with the bush that bolts to the car

Having trouble finding a OEM rear lsd gearbox mount, does any know if this is something that could be made? Or any way round it? It's the last bit I need to put my engine in

Looking for a set of good brake pads for standard glanza calipers. Currently running 1166 mintex and there awesome would like another set but may confident others, not interested in ebc red or green

It's not the thermostat housing, it's coming from where the hose attaches to the housing. I'm pretty sure it's not thermostat. It was removed but properly re sealed. I know i should have got it skimmed but I didn't, but fitted a genuine gasket this time as I heard they seal well. Would a head gasket testing kit show if the head needed skimming? I do also have a spare good head if it came to it. It runs fine I've driven it hard a few times and done a fair few miles since and it seems fine, just a tiny bit of coolant coming out from where the rad hoses come off the engine got me worried They are standard hoses with standard clips, anyone had issues with these before?

Blew the head gasket about a month ago, it blew both rad hoses off and snapped a tip of the plug. A month later it's all back together again, now with genuine head gasket instead of victor reinz. It runs well but after hard driving I get a little bit of coolant leaking out of where the rad hoses come off the engine. They are standard hoses and I think they may be shagged so got new ones ordered. But what would symptoms be of the head needing skimming?

Just blown both my rad hoses off, running td04 with standard pistons, usually run 1 bar on high boost but think it may have spiked, I'm thinking head gasket can anyone confirm this? Will replace with a metal one if so, what's best to go for 1.2 or 1.4mm? Many thanks

It sounds like a flat 4 when the wastegate opens. It sounds good and running much better, it does sound like a small leak but I think it's ok, it lags less than before and it makes sense for the turbo to be spooling faster, it sounds like a little jet engine attached to the engine now :-)
