    do the usual....decatted stainless exhaust,induction,4 to 1 mani,bigger injectors,rolla inlet,lightend flywheel and a remap and i dont c y u shudnt very easily see over 130bhp minimum

    alternatively, buy the Arnold Schwarzenegger Body Building Encyclopedia, i have it and il tel u sumthin....what a read! every page full of great info,pix, training guides from toning,buildin, cardio etc, its got the lot! LOTS of pages and the best book around. Created by the man himself, u cant go wrong ;-)

    dan the extended test is supposed to b 2 hours bud he was happy with my drivin and i was back at the centre in an 1hour 10mins (wasnt timin :-p ) pick for the sr itd b 1300 a year fully comp until i say turbo lol
