Welcome aboard! £2000 perhaps seems slightly on the cheap side, I rememeber when I was looking around they weren't an awful lot cheaper than the V's (Turbo'd ones.) I may be wrong though! Not impossible especially since prices have reduced dramatically recently with the current climate being as it is. I've known of girls who have had pathetically cheap insurance quotes, (I had a quote for £3000 on the same car a female mate got £900 for with same NCB, age, etc.) So perhaps it might be worthwhile trying to get insurance on a V? Just an idea for you! Maybe see you around sometime, I live near Southend.
