  1. it will be the turbo or valve stem seals, is there oil coming out of you're dump valve?
  2. I had some Yoko parada spec2's and thought they were the worst tyre i have ever used, they were shit in the wet and after 9 months they were totally worn out! Now have T1R's and i love them, only thing i will say is that the grip in the wet has got less as they have worn a little but a great tyre none the less.
  3. I shall come in the GT/tractor as it is at the moment! The manifold has turned into a sieve, cheers dane 1) JAG - V (N) 2) Mikey Jay - Paseo (N) 3) Bill (Bildo) - Glanza (N) & Rick (StarletRick) 4) Si & Kikk (If car is back - should be) 5) Jammie - GT 6) Hayden - V 7) Jon - Varis kitted V Alex - GT p.s cant wait to see the v jag
  4. Unscrew it from the gearbox, then take the speedo out and disconnect the cable from the back of it and feed the cable through the bulk head into the engine bay. Then reverse for refitting, quite easy really.
  5. Normaly my gt vibrates at about 80mph but if you go faster it stops. The only thing the panhard rod will do is bring the axle back in line with the front wheels so if you are running the standard one the car will be crabbing ever so slightly but its such a tiny amount its not noticable, the only other thing you might notice is that the drivers rear wheel may scrub when going over large bumps, this is due to the axle being out of line. As for the camber i am assuming that to much camber could cause this, i am not certain but i would have thought that with alot of camber it would make keeping it
  6. The only other thing i can think of is maybe you have too much camber. I dont think it will be the panhard rod as my car is lowered D2's and i haven't got and adjustable panhard rod and mine is fine. Oh yeah and from experience most glanza's and gt's i have been in vibrate when they get up to motor way speeds, i think its just because they are shit lol
  7. It sounds to me like you're tracking is out. Have you adjusted the camber at all since you had it aligned or have you had the coilovers disconnected from the hub? If you have disconnected them from the hub and refitted them this can throw the tracking out a little, if you have adjusted the camber this will throw the tracking right out! Just a thought.
  8. Does anyone know a good rolling road place in kent that isn't gonna charge me stupid money just to put my car on and check the fueling. A guy quoted me £60 the other day and i thought that was a bit steep! Cheers

  12. You need to adjust the actuator so that it is just about holding the wastegate shut. Then take it for a drive and adjust it accordingly. As for the pipes i think it does matter which way they are but i cant remember which way they go but i'm sure someone can tell you.
  13. i presume you could. Go to the for sale section and see if 'cardhore' i think his name is, is still breaking his glanza s as i know he had the ecu
  14. I know you cant remap the turbo ecu's so i'm guessing it may be the same with the n/a's however i may be wrong!
  15. didn't get a chance to take it to the garage but i have bought a new set of plugs to see if that makes any difference as i have done quite a few miles since i changed them!
  16. I may do that! No i haven't done one yet. i might take it down to my local garage tomorrow.
  17. cheers, think its gonna be the best option. Was thinking maybe could put it on a computer and it might come up with a fault on diagnostics!?
  18. No worry's ;) Ithink thats just lag isn't it
  19. The idle is fine and its not blowing apart from a hole in the decat but i have covered it up with a jubilee clip and you cant hear it. It doesn't misfire, the turbo boosts straight up to 0.8 bar, it makes alot of noise but doesn't pull properly. Sometimes it pulls hard and sometimes it really struggles! I'm so confused! How much would i be looking at to get it on a rr for someone to look at the fueling. Oh and yeah standard ecu.
  20. GT spec Hybrid, HKS Actuator, HDI intercooler, SPSmanifold, decat, stainless exhaust system with midbox, Blitz DSBC, running 0.8 bar. Cant think of anything else.
  21. Another thing i was thinking was maybe i have an air leak, say inlet mani gasket or on the throttle body, do you think that could cause it? Cheers dude
  22. I had the problem before i replaced everything. It doesn't misfire at all, i dont know how to explain it, it just doesn't accelerate properly! Its like its struggling. I put some redex in today so will see if that helps but it must be running lean for the plugs to be white yeah? This is really bugging me now, should i get it put on an AFR or something to find out what its doing? Help someone!!!!!!
