Its called 'pre-loading the springs' Lewis, so the lower you adjust the cogs, the less rebound/room there is for the springs to make, making for an even harder and harsher ride, perfect for track use tho. My front coilys are maxed (tanabes dont go all the way down), and my rear are down to the arches with still a lil' room for adjustment. Also enzo mentioned to me once that there is a stage of lowering where you won't get any more gains, so after that it will be pure cosmetics not aesthetics. Hope this helps. Joz

N.I September Newcastle Meet Preview I scouted that speed bump for you Phil mate, you are worrying about nothing Also the drift pods are both automatic in this version of the game so for us manual fans we'll have to put up with it, Jay will be right at home tho lol Check that sign for reasons being unable to use the machines, does that apply to any of you??? Dodgems will be good with so many of us. Drift pods are £2 a go so we'll have to make em count, but certainly fun, you might get hooked. Bring a lil cashmonies with you pleases lol. The are full motion, so the harder you turn and drift, the more the pod will throw itself into the corner. So there you have it, no other meets go out of their way to organise like this, its gonna be a great day guys, praise the lord the weather will be cool as yesterday. Whatever happens it will be fantastic to meet everybody and to check out your cars and to share starlet tuning tips, the way it should be! There is plenty of time, so Im sure there will be some guys taking spins in other starlets. I scouted those bumps out for you today at the meet's car park Phil mate. Took close pics and angled pics plus went over them myself a few times. Was 100% mate. There are much much worse. Also have another idea for the meet, will post these pics up and pics of the drift pods and dodgems later, check it out. Joz

There is quite a few things to do in Newcastle. For those taking the day off to make this meet during the daytime thanks very much, it means I can be present too. It will be fantastic meeting everyone for the first time after all this while, I hope it will be a fun day, something you dont get much of a chance to do. Joz
