To save any confusion this thread has already been moved to technical from general. It was posted in the wrong section. Good luck with gathering more info. Joz -
I found a fully boxless system lost most of the power and torque throughout the rev range. Yes the revs do rise quicker but you are not going anywhere far soon. There is a need for a little restriction in an n/a exhaust system especially in one as low powered as us n/a starlets. I did a lot of reading up beforehand on pros/cons and also gained some valuable info and experience from watching my zorst getting done and also asking them stuff and making sure I got what I wanted done. No way would I leave them to it. The term is 'exhaust scavenging', exhaust gasses need time to scavenge in ord

It wasnt really a big deal dude to be honest. But its not really the best way to go about it... Lets move on from this. There are better times to be had on here. Don't forget why you are on the site in the 1st place Joz

Its a free place to have your say Fishy. No one is telling you off lol. Just enjoy the site and steer clear of the dissing if possible That thread was not genuine so don't worry about it. I thought it was pretty messed up lol We are a chilled starlet site with some depth. Stay tuned for a much deserved re-vamped site and keep on modding guys/gals. Joz

Yep, as soon as you react, you go down to their level. I did say 'get a life' lol but thats hardly a reaction. Next time we get that kinda thread it will be closed or deleted. people with other rides are very welcome on the site, genuine ones that is lol... in fact it makes everything more interesting as we are all part of the scene. But we are primarily a Starlet Enthusiast site so please respect that, part-timers and purists alike, also prone to a little sleeping with the enemy - yes you vtakkers haha But we have everything going for us - advice - choice parts - tuning potential - satis

Hey mate Sounds reasonable for both the parts and the labour. You wouldnt get it much less anywhere else to be honest. Zorst places can charge anything they want for small jobs too. If you are in doubt mate shop around at other zorst places for peace of mind but you may be hard pressed to find a better deal all in... My zorst is welded from the manifold back, no cat anywhere. All the best Joz

Hi Colin Welcome to the site mate. You've done really well by buying Baz's old glanza. The paint job is gorgeous. A nice colour coded rear spoiler and nice new rear lenses would make your car even more stunning I think. Hopefully you can make your own mark on it now Enjoy the site and feel free to ask anything. Joz
