She looks a work of EP art Kennedy Keep up the very nice work mate. Joz

Of course it'd be a good idea Would work both ways as new carpet and to minimise the road noise. Would be a little pricey tho. Joz

No worries, please at least make an attempt I have my EP91 stripped at the rear and because the chassis is hardened the road noise is amplified by a lot. You'll also find new squeaks and noises that will suddenly appear so keep that in mind. Its not a GREAT weight saving but every little helps in our cars as they have a decent power-to-weight ratio. If its your first time removing the rear, with the right tools can take up to half an hour. Its far tidier to keep the interior in. A stripped rear can also look if done right with new carpet etc. To equalise the slight advantage GT Turbos h

How do you find it and would you recommend as seems best available bang for buck? What setup are you running? Cheers Joz

Too right! The reason I asked about performance was I think the J Performance system goes a larger pipe diameter further up. So if run on a standard 4efte would there be any loss or gains over standard. Standard system is pretty nippy. Do you know the pipe diameters for the J Performance? Joz

The standard gt/glanza strut brace is held on by two nuts each side (total of 4). Aftermarket will usually be four each side (total of You do not have to jack up or secure any other parts of your car, you can do this simple task with just your bonnet open. You bolt down one side semi loosely so that when you go to fit the other side you can maneuver/align the brace so that you can get the threads into the nut holes. You then secure the other two nuts. The fuel filter will defo be in your way, to get it to budge loosen its bracket or like a method mentioned above. The brace will also be a

Here's some of my EP when it had an abs plastic civic type r style splitter (eBay special) fitted by my bodyshop. *Photos Removed* It goes quite well with the cars lines imo. It had to be cut in half and the trimmed on each end, then bent/glued to fit the bumper's contour along with some screws in various places. Success is based on the skills/capability of your bodyshop, so expect to pay circa £100+ for the full job painted and fitted minus cost of splitter. I eventually had the line in the middle smoothed so it all looked one piece. To be honest pretty much anything can be mad

I took the trip up to Costa solo today. Finally got my first taste of driving on boost today in a 1993 GT which is my donor car. I can't believe how long I've lived without it, criminal!!! Many Thanks to Jay for taking the time to explain everything and giving an overall EP masterclass . All systems are go now that all the important decisions have been made. Just onto the blower now to upgrade my insurance and we will be seeing a red phoenix rebirth Will give you a shout tomorrow evening nanglebro I can foresee a track meet/costa drinking session in the very near future...
