  1. I want to put a small graphic somewhere on my car saying "The Black Rocket" I would like someone to design up a funky logo for me so that I can then get it made up as a graphic. Don't want anything too intrusive so its got to be a max of 30cm long by about 5cm deep. Suggestions as to where I can place the graphic would be appreciated too Thanks Steve
  2. Well after looking into it quite a lot then seeing what intercoolers fell (A) Within my plans for the car in the end and ( into my price band. I went for the HDI FMIC because its HUGE, Well priced, has good (proven) gains, many happy previous customers and ok it means some surgery on the 96 bumper (that I have) but as has been said, the main cuts have to be made at the bottom, if you add a really subtle splitter (like a Laguna or even a new Leon one) then it hides this.I would say to take your time with the cutting, measure 3 times then cut once and just trim a bit back working your way to per
  3. I've got a Blitz DSBC type R on mine and I love it, Its a Quality piece of kit for the cash! Looks swish too Steve

  5. Yeah. First things 1st make sure the standard engine is running well. Do a good service and put in some NGK or the like Spark Plugs. Then sort out the basics first (Exhaust/ Filter/ BOV if you like) then move onto extra power. Remember that its best to play safe as you don't want to blow your turbo Power wise my car has a relocated Apexi Filter, TRD Stainless Steel Exhaust, HKS Adjustable Actuator and Blitz Electronic Boost Controller to start with. I am waiting to fit my HDI FMIC, Coilovers, SPS Manifold, New Disks and Pads, Adjustable Panhard Rod etc so that when I raise the boost the rest
  6. Like was said earlier, I'd stick at 0.8 on the standard CT9 as the gains between 0.8 and 1.0 bar are very little and IMHO its worth it for the health of your engine. Thats what i'm doing until I can afford to change the turbo to one with an external wastegate etc and proper management Steve

  14. I know 3 people who've had Rotas and never had a problem. Altho I agree that proper jap wheels are probs better. Try looking on other Jap forums etc and see whats for sale 2nd hand. They may need a refurb but its cheaper in the long run and you can barter the price down As for locking nuts i'd say get 2 sets off ebay and do them on opposite studs - £150 is a tad excessive! Unless you have a VERY rare super dooper amazing set of wheels on your motor Tyres - try Tyreshopper.co.uk - I found them good. T1R's are not the best value tyre. they're OK in the dry and poo in the wet. They al

  20. So - all thats going to happen now is when a major crime is about to happen they will short out or kill the power to a certain area to kill the frrd to the cameras. The US are already developing a grenade that emits a pulse charge , a kind of EMP (Electro Magnetic Pulse) so a quick blast of that and it will knock all the cameras out!
