  1. Well it arrived and it doesn't fit! I have an addapter base on my fitting and its only 19/20mm I can't seem to find a 45mm to either 19 or 20mm reducer anywhere! CAN ANYONE HELP??? Cheers Steve
  2. Money Sent in Full bud Sorry for the delay Steve
  3. As I don't support either team I thought it was a pretty good game! Man Utd seemed to run out of steam and ideas after 10 mins or so of dominating the game The big mistake was letting Barca get into their passing game as they dominated from then on Thought Ronaldo was going to have a hissy fit at one point which made me laugh! I thought Barca deserved the win on the night but I think 2-0 flattered them - 2-1 would have been a fairer result Steve
  4. Thanks everyone! Order placed now so I can now FINALLY go ahead!! Steve
  5. I am on the verge of getting my HDI cooler fitted but have realised i'll need a silicone reducer hose to go from the outlet on the intake to the SSQV fitting. I have seen other people with them so thought i'd ask and see where they got them from to save me time! (Cheeky I know but I need to get it ordered!) Thanks Steve
  6. Thanks both - I think that helps me understand it a lot more and will be the reason why I spiked before then Will be getting it set up at YVS soon so fingers crossed they will do all the fiddley bits for me LOL! Steve
  7. Right i've been doing some reading and I hope people will be able to give me some advice/ reassure me here! When i've fitted everything above in this thread will I experience boost creep? I have the HKS Actuator set at 0.8 bar at the moment and the electronic boost controller (Blitz DSBC) set to the same for a safe level. Should I wind down the boost on the actuator for now whilst I "Run In" the new set up? I don't want to eat the seals on the turbo or anything! I've noticed that on the Blitz DBSC when you set the gain to 0 you get exactly what your actuator is set at on boost (well obvious

  14. They're a leftover from the previous owner. Her and her hubby had a type R obsession I think. He owned a EK9 Civic Type R, DC2 Integra Type R and was buying a new Type R when selling the Glanza - His Mrs wanted in on it so had Glanza R stickers put on - FOOL! Thing is they're actually well done so are a be-hatch to get off ;) Steve

  20. Unless its from admin I NEVER click and usually hover over the link 1st to see what it is (or right click and view properties) I just deleted it!! Steve
  21. He'll just be scaring you mate I have a copy of the section 59 thing in my glovebox just in case tho He can't do anything without going through actual procedure and issuing you with a ticket and making sure you understand it. ALWAYS take the badge number and reg plate of his car (keep a pen and paper in the glovebox too) As he's leaving make a note of his details and a quick description of him (phsically) Some cops are knobs and some are cool. I got pulled in my old Satria GTi as the cop loved them and just wanted a chat about what i'd done to it! Steve
  22. Thats getting ever so close to fuel cut! If you still have the standard mani on there you are risking blowing the 3rd runner (due to its design obstruction) and possibly killing your engine. I'd turn your boost down to 0.8 until you get a free flowing manifold on there Steve
  23. It sounds like you have taken the 1st couple of steps in the right direction there Rhys, i've been through depression and there is some good help out there if you want to take it. I'm sure EVERYONE on here will help out if they can so feel free to talk to us as sometimes getting stuff off your chest can be a great help. I'm only a PM away if you want to talk as i've been where you are It gets better mate, keep your head up and take care Steve
  24. am I showing my age when I mention Dangermouse!? Steve
  25. I'd start with the simple stuff. Get the car handling and stopping right so look at springs and shocks or coilovers, new brakepads and disks and better tyres (often something people overlook!) If you are lowering the car you will need an adjustable panhard rod for the rear suspension to be correctly aligned. Then start looking at a new air filter (possibly relocated), manifold, decat (if you want) and exhaust system to get the system flowing properly. You can do all this whilst running stock boost. Then get yourself a good boost controller, a rising rate Fuel Pressure regulator (RRFPR) and
