Hi all. I've got a full TRD system on my V at the mo but I don't think its breathing as well as it could so was thinking on getting another exhaust. Does anyone know what the flow rates etc are from it or can you recommend another exhaust that ISN'T really loud as i'm not a big fan of the whole BAAAARRRRRRRRRR Sound some exhausts give Rep for help Steve

I am - there was some biatching between the two clubs and there will probs always be a little rivalry but thats healthy competition. How much do you think I could pick up a decent nic engine from? I use my car every day but was thinking of getting back into engine building as I rebuild an engine with my Dad a few years back and enjoyed it. Was thinking that if I got a spare engine I could work on that then just swap it into my car at a later date. How much might I pick up a good 4E or 5E for? Steve

The one's i've got are mint, no where near as battered as those in the pics. Did want some GTi ones as I have some of the silver/black material they're trimmed in left from doing the install in my GTi but these were too good to pass up and I can get the matching material to do the doorcards if I want so may just do that. Means I can get my harnesses put in too so everything is heading in the right direction now! Cant wait to get home and see them again lol! Steve

I've gone and scored myself a pair of Recaro's for the Glanza They aren't original Glanza ones but they look mint and for the price i've paid for them I can't go wrong! Really happy now as I nearly have all of the bits I need for the V's 2nd part of its transformation. Woop Woop! Steve

If you are spending that amount of cash i'd go with the Zisco Mani and Daves BB TD05 as you have some comeback if anything goes wrong. You are supporting the people who are supporting the scene for our cars and you could probs get good management and mapping for the price you's pay for that tubby etc. Either that or speak to the traders (Zisco/Dave) and see if they could create you something special Steve

When you say you are going to get it remapped soon does that mean that you are running aftermarket managemant? You do know that you cant remap the standard ECU dont you? Steve

I'm no expert but I would have thought that if you put the Walbro pump in then it would work to the same capacity as your stock one unless it was pushed further buy the management so it might only have to work at 60% to push the same fuel as your stock would do at 100% Hope that makes sense Steve

Well set up coils will complete the rest of the handling mods you have already fitted and you can easily take them off and put them on a turbo WHEN you get one :harhar: Then you can be a step ahead ;) Just remember to save your old suspension for when you sell on your n/a. Go on do it - Especially as the offer thats on them at the mo is a stonking one WELL worth the notes in my opinion. Got mine from Enzo and they came really quickly and he's a top chap to deal with Steve

Well i've got them on a mid setting damper wise at the mo and they do pretty well. I've adjusted the front pretty low and have firmed it up 3/4 clicks and the front end tucks in to pretty much any corner really well. Not gone for a proper blast yet as I have got the back set too high for my liking but ran out of light whilst adjusting the front so left the back as it was. Once i've lowered the back down to the height I want then I will give it a good blast and tweek the dampers to my liking. Once I have it set i'll be more than happy to post my settings height, camber and damper wise so that

Ditto that mate You have been missled and them taking the money again (i mean for the 3rd time) without authorisation is theft so you have them over a barrel dude. Speak to them and tell them what you intend to do if they do not refund some or all of the money and see what they say (they may cough up the cash) and if not follow it through with the SCC. No probs Enzo. I did say i'd do you a review altho it was that cold I forgot to take pics of the fitting Been working 6 or 7 day weeks at work and doing some silly shifts (like starting at 4 or 5am!) so its been mental but finally got my finger out LOL! Have promised myself that I will keep this up and get the rest of the stuff fitted soon too as I keep falling over all the boxed in the back bedroom!! Steve
