Do me a favour take that stupid alloy pulley off and put the oem harmonic pulley back on That's if you want your crank bearings to last

When putting the belt on are you taking up the slack on the non tensioner side of the belt I.e the mark on the crank put it to 55mins and the cam on its mark put the belt on and turn the crank clockwise and the mark should be spot on Have a try a let us know ;)

If your splicing in to them best do it under the drivers side dash where they all meet to go into the abs Ecu ;)

i have a few thoughts about this by taking off the speedo cable and putting a yaris 3 pin speed sensor in the gearbox just need to change the plastic gear and fit on to the sensor which reads off the final drive gear also could you not tap in to the wires to read off the sensors aswell ?

you will also need to mod the collits that locate the head to block and the stud under the intake cam gear will need looking at for contact
