just incase you didnt know you will need a brass adaptor made up for your knock sensor heres the dimension for the one i used http://www.bosch-motorsport.de/content/downloads/Raceparts/Resources/pdf/Data Sheet_69010059_Knock_Sensor_KS4-P.pdf -
i think i answred this above ! take your driveshaft seal of and count how many bolts you have on your final drive gear..
-
Or maybe I should read a bit more ? ? ?

Shall we all play a game of spot which one has 8 bolt diff inside
-
sir lets get this correct for the chap that needs information ! a C52 gearbox has a steel end casing. a c56 gearbox has a aliuminum end casing in both versions you have n/a versions the type which is turbo gearing and final drive can be seen by 8 bolt patten on final drive gear and input and output gears being thicker ! so when you say "i believe" know the facts...
-
Intercooler can be moved back but front panel work would be needed pending on how thick your cooler is !!! Also don't forget too fit your crash bar back on !!! ps very old pictures it's changed a bit since then 2011
-
going of what manufactures sell no ! 6bolt or 8 bolt no mention of spline count you would have too deal with that once you purchase the diff you may be lucky and your spline count is for the diff your buying

that box could have a 6bolt diff in it ? meaning it was out of a n/a your best way to find out what you got is pop off the passenger side driveshaft seal and count the bolts thats if you cant be arsed too split the box apart

Your other option is to look though the driveshaft hole and see if it’s 8 bolt diff or 6 bolt -
