Ye it is good fun, in fact i love sliding..but not when it becomes uncontrollable and it breaks my new bumper lol Might try and take the rear strut out next time its raining and see what its like..handles great in the dry though lol
Not sure if this is the correct section. But after putting up with it last night in the rain I lost the back end of the car and ended up "drifting" up a slip road and playing eat the curb with my bumper. I wouldn't mind if I was going fast but I wasn't :/ Is there anyway to cure oversteer/lift off oversteer in a FWD starlet? List of suspension/handling mods; Standard Front Strut Optional 3 Point Rear Strut Whiteline RARB D2 Coilovers Anti-Lift Kit? I only have cheapy tyres on the rear which I know I should change but theres still loads of tread on them. Anything else I should get? Please help before the Starlet gets sold/broke and I buy something else.
They do fit..when i had my 98 spec sprayed the body shop swapped the 96 spec fogs into it. My avatar shows it aswell Not bodged either, I removed them and fitted 98 specs fine.
Fair play to the work gone into it..It's be a proper sleeper if it was standard looking and the seats were in the right place lol. Probably not but has anyone considered doing the same to the starlet..2 4EFTE's?
Mine does this sometimes, even thought the car responds and locks/unlocks etc. Might be worth getting it checked buy an installer, might just need programming or something.
The remove start is an optional extra sort of thing..I have a slightly different model alarm but i'll dig out the manual and see if it says anything about it in there
