I have just put my new forged engine in ( ep91 )and have had no end of problems with the fuel pump not working then working. I have put a multimeter in the multi plug that goes into the fuel pump ( under back seat ) and the two yellow and black wires pick up (outer ) 12v and the other( middle ) 6.6v . Can someone test theres to see if i have an earthing problem please. Thanks in advance

Had every problem under the sun mate was meant to be at rockingham today but fuel pump has packed up had electrical faults , then engine was missing massively, then gearbox destroyed itself. Got a new box of idrees then got an electrician out , wiped ecu and presto ran fine. Got to run the engine in now and get it remapped and also make a new loom for the fuel pump

head is off and block has just been rebored and honed and now getting notched. I am going to get some quotes as my headgasket is not cheap to take the head off at a later date. Cheers guys

ah thats ok then worried i had wrong size etc. I have heard of this process but rang three machine shops near me and didnt have a clue what i was about ,idiots. Anyone know of anywhere in Derbsyhire who does this and a rough guide price ???

I have got a set of uprated springs but fitting them is going to involve new shims and some machine work on the head and i havent even got a built bottom end to due to lack of funds. In two minds what to do..

At what point does changing the valve springs for uprated items become important? I will be running 1.2 bar.

I tried to fit my scat rods last night only to find out that there is not enough clearence through the crank stroke cycle. Is this a common fault and anyone know how much to get the block machined ??? Thanks in advance

I have given him a lot of time, thought maybe internet problems etc but 2 months is pushing it a bit i think !

Payed £20 for a crank pulley off this guy over two months ago still heard nothing! Filied a complaint with paypal awaiting a decision.

I am about to put my bottom end back together with new scat rods and wiesco forged pistons and was wondering if it is nessecery to balance the bottom end beforehand as on a tight time scale and budget? I have had mixed opinions with half saying no if your not revving high , and half saying you have to do it ?! HELP!
