take the thermo housing off, its about 2 bolts, pull the old one out put the new one in, bolt up. you can do it in about 10 minutes.

SHE MOVES!!!! i reversed her out of the garage last night, it was lol. no exhaust sounds lush. i set the carbon monoxide detector off in the garage in about 45 seconds ^^/ also, that giken clutch is SILLY. i stalled it SEVEN times reversing about 30 feet. it will take some getting used to. just hope the bits i need arrive so i can get ger running for Saturday.

if youre getting a proper exhaust, you wont need shitty poly bushings. all youll do with those is rattle the fuck out of it. exhausts need a decent amount of flex. rubber ones will be fine.

i keep mine at 33 psi hot. remember, actual pressure is different to what it is when you fill it up. go for a blast then check the pressure. it will be different to what you put in..

you never said you had a glanza..... low end torque in turbo.... decent exhaust, decat, better manifold. then boost the ct9 up, it spools so fast it gives good pull lower down.

to get low end torque you want to lengthen the breath of the engine. longer intake manifold, longer exhaust headers.

BIG NEWS filled her up with fluids, put the plugs in.... turned the key and after about 2 seconds the fuel pressure shot up and she fired up first time!!! sat idling happy at 1100 rpm for a bit then i shut her off. did it a few times. started first time every time. sounds pro aswell. no exhaust, so its puffing out of the decat. ubes. i r chuffed. ill get some pics tomorrow, it looks beautiful.
