-0.8 is perfect vac on idle mate. so dont worry about that. the bov wont do any damage either. that spring is there to stiffen it up to stop leaking boost at higher pressures. i run my car without a BOV, so dont worry about it mate. as long as you cant hear it hissing while on boost, its doing its job.

what it basically means is, if you have 6 boxes. youre a saddo who needs a life.. isnt that right sparky/phil/simon

you wont get the car handling/stopping right for 800 quid, let alone tuning it to 250 hp. to get thecar to a safe 250hp (engine, handling braking) youre looking at upwards of 6k. even if you could. youd die instantly because it wouldnt go round a corner or stop.

it basically shows the vac thenegine is running at. performance wise. you want it to be at 0 as much as pos. for fuel, you can use it to keep the vac low to save fuel. youd be shocked how much of a difference it makes moving your foot a CM or so when cruising... its the same as a boost gauge basically, but it doenst go above atmosphere.

they are the same mate. there may be casting differences, but inside they are the same. and porting and polishing is pretty easy to do it just takes forever. i did mine and it took literally 10+ hours to do.

you cant set vac pressure. the engine creates vacuum when its running. and the screw on the bov will stiffen the spring, ie, it will open up at higher pressure.

manual controllers are not the best tbh. if you can afford it get an EBC. they are more reliable.

its got a little bracket thing that bolts by the headlight. the tank itself is just a tank. and de carbons am de lushes. i have pics on my phone, but not on here, ill get em up soon. ill be putting the wheels on tomo so it will be completes then

you can get starlets running 200hp reliably pretty easily. you wont need to forge it mate, the stock internals will easily cope with 200hp. a td04 kit would be fine. steer clear of the WEPR stuff. its junk. your looking to spend about 2-3k on parts for the engine. youll have to spend probably another grand on handling. (D2s are ok, but not the best) and we di have a techy section mate, just go to the main page and look. if you have any more questions, just ask, i can probably answer them for you.

dont say that you'll give him a big head! lol. gee's car is nice, but hes spent a ton of cash on it. to be one of the big HP boys you really have to throw a ton of money at them. another thing worth thinking about, youll have to get a near perfect setup (ie, LOTS of money) to have it handling like your clio. its not all about power mate. as for parts, i can get almost anything for these cars from japan given time. just go to the TC section in the for sale area.

halo3 ??? that game was good for a month, then about 5 trillion kids got it and i wanted to hang myself every time i played. i put it in the other day to try and get the last few online achievements (10 killstreak in free for all) and just wanted to rape myself. that game is ruined now. GTA4 in 2 weeks ^^ then BF:BC in june. that game looks madness. and yeah, PGR4 is ok, its nothing on forza but its good fun, im working on that at the mo.
