  1. if your looking for fast road usage/occasional trackday , go for 3g grooved discs up front, along with mintex extreme pads. also while your at it, fit some braided brake lines. makes a whole world of difference
  2. have a look on ebay mate, blueprint make oem replacements for yours. should find a 4efe clutch on there brand new for cheap
  3. awesome stuff bud. i have rota's in matt black. i love black rims, gun metal and any dark rims on silver cars. stealth
  4. ohh right.. i get you know i was tired lol too much work. yeah the power fc's run on a 32x32 map. the emanage's run using a 16x16 map.. so the power fc will give a more tunable map. also a smoother curve in ignition and fuelling i think the emanage ultimates use a 32x32 map as well though ? can somebody quote me on that
  5. what an engine bays supposed to look like i dont generally like delsol's but thats an exception nice car. and good choice for going for a starlet. as ecks said, they handle like a boat unless you spend some pennys sorting it. then they handle quite well. engine wise, i would say you have alot more options , all depends if you want to drag it, track it, or just have a generally nippy car
  6. as lobo said man, you have to be pushing mega fuel in for it to liquidize and begin borewash. those ebay chips make me laugh. are they the ones that claim an instant 15% power increase ? a guy round the corner got one for his corsa comedy
  7. i doubt you would want to run a power fc alongside an emanage etc mate. why , are you thinking of doing it ?
  8. well said lobotomy couldnt have put it better my self . for that you get a shiny star
  9. well normally in uk spec cars, ignition live is red.. but seeing as you dont think the red is live, only other guess is yellow you will soon know with a tester. make sure when you buy it it reads 6v and 12v
  10. 1250 and not full license yet ?! thats a bargain nice glanza, out of all the colours i prefer the glanzas in black. just wish mine was black is that not a glanza v bonnet on there ? the glanza s bonnets normally have the bonnet bulge but no vent..
  11. buy a 4 pounds live tester pen. you will want an ignition on live i presume.. in which case on the jap versions there usually yellow. black for earth.
  12. welcome aboard different to see a glanza S .. get some photos fired up ;)
  13. welcome to the uksc partayyy ;)
  14. now all you have to find on fleabay is a zimmaframe ;)
  15. lol @ lobo. mate, i run 5 bar all day everyday ;) jus kidding.. as lobotomy said, cheap routes , ie: fcd, regulator , actuator is asking for trouble.. before you up the boost, sort the air and oil cooling side of things out first. there the major downfalls with the starlets. if you go the cheap route your just going to upset mr internals
  16. yeah, but i was looking at a post on tgtt and l=having a readup of the temperture thresholds.. i probably got it wrong though.. any way, damn good job matey ;)
  17. i allways thought 90degrees was getting on highly risky side ? and 100 would be past the point of no return ??
  18. welcome matey, impressive looking ep ;)
  19. i would do man, but this is a version 3.3 pfc fcon ive got.. alot of other people have a version 2.5 fcon.. the most common type.. if you can call any pfc's common lol ive hunted the whole of google for manuals and not a thing.. theres a jap bloke called sun ive met before a couple of times, might hunt him down and give him a couple beers for translating it lol ;) allthough ecks has copys of my manual now, and im just waiting on his mate to have a gander at the pages fingers crossed he comes through for me.
  20. as si asked, have you noticed huge drops in temperture ? because after say a hard run up the strip for instance, my temperture is insane and i really need somesort of cooler fitted. cant decide between a greddy kit or go for a custom mocal setup
  21. check with toby on tgtt he might be able to source one for you
  22. as ecks said.. s14 intercoolers are sposed to fit quite nicely.. dont know how true that is, sure ecks could verify that (being the jdm master) ;) mate, stuff iveco, i work in a hgv garage, i was staring inside a scania turbo. it was like the size of my head! which is BIG you could fit a small kosovan inside it i bet the iveco intercooler smells nicely of red diesel and cakey grease
  23. lol a mate of mine has musical horns on his mini. metro 1.3turbo lumped screaming down the road blasting the airhorns lmao comical sight indeed.
