There are rules for Traders and some of which were broken to be honest. We have ince refreshed these, but rules or not this still would have happened I feel. Members need to keep us informed if there not happy... Yes I agree, dont be afraid to tell a member of staff (wow that felt like I was a school teacher lol) To be honest I dont think the staff have done anything wrong at all... But we cop alot of flack for it so we have to try and prevent it in future!

We cant win im afraid... Do Nothing We get slated for not doing anything about it... Limit via Post Count Will only cause spam on the forum for people to up the postcount to be able to post in there. Limit via Account Age 30 Days... Gets annoying and will stop alot of folks who are genuine from using the site. Ontop of that after 30 days they can scam who they want? Limit via Membership If the membership was £10.... or £5.... We wouldnt have enforced it. But at £1.95... We feel it will deter alot of the idiots... Ontop of that if your into your starlet and want to be a part of the scene the benefits go further then just access to the marketplace... To top it off. If you getting out of the starlet scene and breaking or selling all your parts, and if you arent a member already. Its going to cost you £1.95 to sell pretty much all your parts... Thats the reasons we chose what we did. We always listen to members, so if 100 people kicked off and said argh thats a stupid idea, bla bla bla, then we'd reconsider.... But id rather have this then let you lot get scammed! Take as many sly digs as you want Asad, I sure you'd be one of the first to complain if it was you out of pocket from a scammer...

Ok there is alot of people that are not best pleased with James @ CJ Performance, and there are many good reasons. Where does he stand as a Trader? As a Trader, James wishes to stop trading on UKSO. Some of the things that were said especially about people turning up at his house and other threats. Abuse like that is not acceptable from a Trader or a Member! What has UKSO done to stop this happening again? There are strict rules in place for Trader's and some of these were broken. The problem here was we werent aware of any problems until the thread got posted up publicially on the forum and then everyone expressed there feelings. Until then we didnt have any reason to suspect anything was wrong. We are going to ask if any members in future have any issues with a trader then please get in touch! What about refunds? For those left out of pocket by this rare and unforseen problem there is very little UKSO can do. For those of you who paid via PayPal and still can then you can try opening a dispute on the payment. Paypal will always protect the buyer. After speaking with James, he has said that everyone who is not happy will get there refunds, but it may take time as he hasnt got those kinds of funds to fork out for people. If you wish to get in touch with him, it will need to be via 'Tara' with a PM explaining what you've paid for and what you'd like to do with the paypal payment ID you want refunding. Can I please ask that you dont give her any abuse or threats and just explain what you require and she will try her best ot help and put it right for you. The remaining stock he has will be going on ebay starting at low bids and the money raised will all be put towards refunding those who are out of pocket. Sorry about this folks, it will get sorted. We at UKSO do respect our members very highly and we dont want to see them being hard done too. Making the marketplace for paid members only was talked about before but was decided against upon the cost of membership (£10).. But now since the membership is less then £2 a year... It will hopefully clean the marketplace up and filter out some of the bad folk! That will all go to helping the club! Its also the biggest and busiest starlet parts marketplace on the internet... So its worth it!

Right folks... The point has been made very clearly by you guys. There is a very big problem with the rails... UKSO Staff will be talking to James today and we will come to a conclusion for you... I can totally relate to your trouble and problems and fustration, not taking sides, but obv the bandwagon/highhorse isnt going to change anything at the moment... Race-Tech & Zisco both offer high flow fuel rails if you cant source a HKS item or wait for this issue to be solved! Ill update in due course!

There are 3 bars accross the front of an ep91.. Top one (light support bar) - welded on Middle one (Bumper Support bar) - bolts on Bottom one (slam panel - The cars chassis.... Depends which one it is!
