yeh he's fine spent the night in hospital as it was late when he got there and they wanted to make sure he was ok but next day he was discharged and i apart from feeling a bit sore he was totally fine luckily

for 200bhp hybrid is the best route. however a good td04 setup can be picked up cheap would be advisible to forge the engine on a td04 though so it really depends on how much your willing to spend welcome to UKSC
