bought mine for £1500 spent about 2 grand replacing engine gearbox clutch suspension driveshafts etc. thats just getting it running properly then so far about £2000 on modifications so about £5.500 the car stands me at now and its worth every penny. its not just about the looks and performance. this is what i love and experiences are worth more than anything im more than willing to put thousands more into it as well

as was said for gods ske dont get autobahn they crack sooooooooo easily id say zisco or sps for manifold and decat although I've got a japspeed beaced decat and manifold and its brill

thats weired having the BOV there. on most of the ones I've seen there on that same pipe but much higher up in the engine bay nice gt mate very nice IMO id keep them wheels on they look the dogs

its a lot easier to pull the driveshaft out of the gearbox. to be honest youll struggle to rebuilt the joint with it on the car as theres a ser clip (not sure how its spelled) in the outer joint that youll need to get out and that would be really tricky to do. so id say take the whole lot mate then you can do everything properly and just bang it straight back in

i had to do this its quite simple my car was set to 1500rpm at idle when i bought it which you can imagine was really noisy and quite horrible to listen to so i turned it down to about 800 rpm its easy to do. its near the inlet manifold right at the back. all youll need is a quite large flat blade. anti clockwise turns it up i believe clockwise turns it down

it does make a difference though if you get it to fit mate. not a huge difference but as you said it will be a step in the right direction to getting the magic 100bhp figure your after

id say it sounds like what dub and sparky are saying would be he first thing to check but BAZ2CRAZY has a good point. in low revs the engine tends to vibrate more so does exhaust etc so just check that theres nothing touching the engine that could be rattling on it or as is stated heat guards etc
