  1. Yah price is the only difference! UR3s in 195/50/15 are sub £40 each which is ridiculously good value for money!
  2. PM sent Antheon! Cheers dude, a shame I could never practically run them! Missing this thing!
  3. Are there turbos that can even take the abuse of ALS? I thought Bee-R's were harmful?
  4. Idrees supplies polybushes!
  5. What do you mean by OEM fit Keri? And is this for WMS kits only?
  6. Spec 2's are shit IMO Get some Toyota camber bolts, I'll try to dig out the part numbers for you if I can find them dude. Helped a lot on my NA with feel/turn in when I had stock suspension and springs. Go for neutral toe and I run -1.3 camber daily, good tyre wear. I can highly recommend Uniroyal Rainsport 2s as an all year tyre, and people have had high praise for the Rainsport 3s which I'll be trying next! The ones you've mentioned are meant to be good though, but I don't know about wet grip?
  7. I never usually write posts like this so sorry but is this a joke? I paid £35 for mine

I've got a guide in the how to section, simple grinder work
  9. Are you looking for used stuff Dai?
  10. Yeah I see what you mean! Is alumalite expensive? Wouldn't be too bothered about running a wooden one for a while tbh I'd heard of rivnuts but didn't know they could be used for stuff like this! Either of you guys up for helping me make a splitter sometime in Easter?
  11. Yeah I'm sure it can be worked out Ryan! Completely forgot that you were making one Dan! Lol What did you decide on to secure the splitter from beneath?
  12. Would that be how you put bolts into random parts underneath the car?
  13. My kind of GT! How far back does your splitter extend and have you got any pics of where you've mounted it beneath the car? I'm looking into building a functional one with heavy duty brackets etc but not sure of where to go about mounting them to support a fair bit of weight.
  14. Aha! Nice! Something to look into!
  15. Yeah that's why I'm not fussed on wood, as long as it works It would be more for function yeah. Dan I've seen Corey and Jay's I think they both have the Carbon Mods one, which doesn't really extend far enough back. I'll take a look at Mark's. I would run the strut centre supports but the tricky bit is figuring out where to put brackets to support a fair bit of weight. Average wooden splitter is about 10-15kg. And the common consensus is it should be able to support more weight on top of that and not flex. With crossmember mounting, I'm thinking if the splitter was to extend further back,
  16. Nah I mean I'd use it for a while and when I can afford to, make one out of aluminium or something Would it not need to be mounted further back than the crossmember? Eg if I wanted to extend the splitter as far behind the engine as possible upto the wheels
  17. You can always start with plywood for a template and make a "proper" one later. I'm trying to suss out where the best place to mount heavy duty brackets on our cars would be.. Any ideas?
  18. Lol if that's the case it should sound like a tractor. Started up my GT like that and it was horrid, on boost was savage though lol
  19. I build my car on a limited budget, but if it were me and it was possible.. I'd get the CC4, fit and forget. Even if it meant I had to go without a remap for a while.
  20. Iddy how much are the full sets? (planning ahead)
  21. You can get new bodywork and brackets, I had to buy a few bits here and there from Toyota when I repaired mine
  22. EP82 have the less Wobbly rod type one, whereas the 91s have the hollow floppy one lol
  23. Found a few nice links on various ways to build a front splitter. Would be nice to see more EP's with proper Aero! http://www.michaelhiscoe.com/2011/09/how-to-make-a-carbon-fibre-racecar-splitter/ http://forums.evolutionm.net/evo-how-tos-installations/574642-diy-plywood-front-splitter-evo-8-9-a.html http://www.ozhonda.com/forum/showthread.php?163251-Front-splitter-for-the-track http://www.ek9.org/forum/diy-guides/56275-diy-front-wind-splitter.html I need one! Anybody want to build one for me?
  24. Just a heads up, pretty sure you can get new front braided lines for £35-40. These will also fit an NA (decent upgrade) GLWS
