  1. nah im sure its fine, its slightly rich at 1 bar so a little creep should do any harm.. but i hate the thought of someone else driving my car, i cant help it..

  3. ouch! well ive decided im gonna do it. i do have an adjustable actuiator but its using a bolt and its not the easiest to adjust, and as its set to 1 bar the mbc wont make it any lower
  4. LMFAO Maybe taking a boost pipe off is a good idea because its suffering from boost creep..

  9. Its insured as a GT yeh but I don't think the royal mail know what they are.. So I said its not like normal cars that drive about. She said it would be thru the insurance as royal mail have private insurance and they act on their behalf..

So I need some advice guys, The postman reversed into the starlet and cracked the bumper and bent the bumper bar a bit etc. The thing is I don't want it thru insurance as it puts another claim on my renewal even though its not my fault. The royal mail insurance phoned offering to fix etc all free, I explained it wasn't a normal kind of car etc And I asked if it would go on the insurance database And she said it wouldn't and although technically I should tell my insurance, I don't have to.. The bumper is secure and not All that bad but what should I do?
  11. Hi buddy I'm kind of interested in the clutch and possibly the air filter too. Can you tell me if the release bearing was rattling or what its condition is as I have this kit at the mo.

  13. just be sure you havnt turned it down too much! if i was you i would get it wideband checked asap so you know its no running lean..

Well I finally got round to fitting speakers on the shelf but it bounces about when driving which I need to look at but the sound is not very basy for the amp and speaker spec so I was thinking about trying the speaker enclosures from eBay and wondered if anyone had any thoughts? Or if the fit OK on The shelf..

  21. not wanting to dampen your thread but just to help, ive had a very simular item and it started slipping under full load of about 190bhp. but mine was a exedy not valeo. i hope this helps!
  22. hi guys, ive recently bought a pioneer deh-9100ib but its not got its cage and i know the GT stereo plates are crap as it is. can anyone advise me what to buy to get this fitted in nicely ? much appreciated.
  23. thanks guys, tbh jezza i dunno what to do about e tubby because i still need a new mani and i want the clutch+bearing changed if you fancy helping out your old mate i could leave my gt with you for a bit and you can tinker away? give me a text bud.
  24. Sorry guys just gonna keep the GT for a bit and sort her up, too little interest even at this price just aint worth selling.
