i had my full system from downpipe back with just a resonator box in it and that was seriouslly loud it was a little raspy at times but not too major. depends how its made up to how raspy it will be because the rasp is due too vibration thats why all new cars from the factory have weights welded on at certain points on the system to stop rasp!!!

have you connected your speedo up yet because thats it try connecting it up again and dont start goin any deeper in to the problem till youve done that!!!!!! trust me im a toyota mechanic connect your speedo and go from there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

yep mine did same thing just took my convertor off and all good its just somethin they do when either speedo is disconnected or a dodgy convertor!!!!

i had my old sr de-cated and it was only minimal difference really!!! i prob wouldnt bother de-catin a n/a plus you just get hassle with MOT!!!

ah yeah thats defo the problem does it only come on when you go on like dual carriageway etc where you go faster????and then when you turn it off and start again its out!?!?!?

yep they are defo standard n/a headlights mate just bonnets been badboyd!!!!

should be where the air filter housing is it is a little box that says diagnoostic on it prob be be black on glanza's!! have you done the high low boost mod by any chance because that could have somethin to do with it does it come on when you boost it in 1st,2nd???

@sparky yeah it is a tenzo r box and not made for the car had it made up for the car!! as iy goes under the axle!!

prob is just an earth problem if its that loose could touch against somethin and pop a fuse easy specially if pullen away as the engine will rock slightly under load and quite easily touch somethin under bonnet or wherever it was!?!?! take his word for it mate after all he is the mechanic(dont take offence to that mate i no you no a lot bout cars!!!)
