im pretty sure they are the same i have changed a few on seos and they look near enough identical to starlet ones but never had the two side by side to be sure

you can get away without using a spring compressor on the rears as their under sod all tension but id use them anywayz as its just easier but defo on the front unless you want a nut in the side of your head!!!!!!!!!!! make sure the clamps fit the spring properly too as you dont want them to slip off dude!!?!?!?!? anywayz your mechanic mate should be no how to change shocks and springs if hes a mechanic(technician is what we are really called!!!!!!)after all!!!!!!!!!!

yep so did mine till i did valve stem seals and also when i put new lump in it hasnt used a drop!?!?!?!?!?

it wont be crank shaft oil seal if its using 3.5 litres of oil in 3 weeks!!!!!!!!!! its either valve stem oil seals or piston rings its the only 2 things it can be if its burning oil. not leakin it that would be crankshaft seal but very rarely on an n/a!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! do valve stems first as thats the cheaper option and quicker will be done in a mornin!?!?!?!?

there is a thing thats just come in over here in the uk that if you have a loud exhaust or non standard plates you can get 3 points for each and same for mot if your car is excessivelly noisey it can be an mot failure but thats been around for a while and window tints are bein failed on mots now if excesive

yeah i think im goin to hold out a little longer still cant decide and dont want to rush it a buy the wrong one but it has to be jap not an alfa or pug not my sorta thing a pulsar is good but they go wrong too much my bro is a nissan mechanic and told me to stay clear of a pulsar unless i have got deep pockets!!!!!!!!!

@enzo if your gettin a toyota steering wheel that looks similar is it from a new shape celica because they look kinda similar to the golf one!?!?!?!?! @yeah you can its easy disconnect the negative terminal on the battery then on the side of the wheel there is 2 torq's screws(the star shape ones) undone them then pull the airbag out and unplug it!!!

@miracle to be honest the mr2 and the glanza actually is the most realistic as i no people who are sellin them both and have a few import centres round me that has glanzas rather than gt's @pranger yeah maybe will see

its a toyota part apparantly its from the winter edition glanza and that has front and rear splitters and a few other bits i heard it when i was at the bluewater meet!!! mite be able too get it through toyota i dont no

@enzo is it possible to have a proper site like the old one with a seperate forum if you no what i mean with like a bit of info on the starlet and galleries like the old one etc etc you no what i mean or is that not possible or too hard???????

@maniac i dont have it done but am considering it i have got some of the bits too to do it just depends if i get round too doin it really!!!! @sparky no worries mate and yeah take it off otherwise you wont be able to spray it all and might get overspray over the rest of the car its easy too take it off anyway!!!

4 inch pipe for the zaust wont make it faster you will loose back pressure and will prob make it slower!!!! also i thought you rolled it so surely the roof has collapsed specially at 90mph like you said so cant see it is fine mate to be honest why not prove us wrong and put some pics up of it??????!!!!?!?!?!?!?! and at 17 your gonna fun insurin it if you do all the mods too it!!?!?!?!?!

To relocate the battery you need to bolt the earth terminal on to the car body in the engine bay maybe underneath where the battery was so you cant see it then extend the positive terminal and run it all the way through the car too the boot you can buy battery cable though demon tweeks along with the connections and battery boxes too!!!! then stick the battery where you want it then make another earth terminal from an earth point in the boot the body will be fine and then job done!!!!! and it is easy too paint the rocker cover clean it up and ruff it up a bit with some emry cloth or somethin g
