I've got a rattle noise from the boot lock of my glanza, its pissin me off, need to get this sorted or im gunna drill it shut!! please help if you can

ok, id leave it for a day, then start it up, no revving or anything, and keep your eye on the engine and listen for noises and leaks around the manifold etc... see how you go from there, then perhaps look at new water pump thermostat etc, if nne of that, get the head skimmed.

you sure you aint just got water in the exhaust?? does it seem to drive ok?

haha, thanks for the insult lol, i know what im doing with it and how to maintain it, but theres so many different choices with electrics its hard to choose, i know about the ecu, boost controller, turbo timer, but was just wondering if there was anything else that i would need to keep it up to date?? gauges isnt a problem because I've just bought the full defi set. money is no issue (not bragging or anything lol) but im after something that isnt too laggy and will be seriously quick, i saw the godzilla and thought BINGO!!!! it will be put on a 5efe block with a 4efte head, all skimmed ported and mirror polished, with billet cams, pauter rods and ross racing pistons and so on and so forth... so will there be anything else in the electrical part of things that il need?????

ok im getting a fully forged engine, and one of wicked ep's turbo kits GODZILLA, but i want to know what sort of electrical goodies il need, so far I've thought of..... 1.Greddy ECU-not sure on colour wise i know they do different jobs. 2.apexi Boost controller I've seen things on ebay like the apexi SAFC and other bits and bobs.... i wanna know the makes and models of the things i need to handle the power, if you could do a list for me it would be much appreciated. cheers Godzilla turbo package is on tgtt by the way

yeah bit crap lol, the cars goin in the bodyshop monday and the guy is goin to trim it a little bit, then bond and screw it on. dont really want the gaps on there to be honest.

yeah thats what i mean, have you fitted yours?? i may get it sanded so its flush i think, not sure.

I've now got both the top and lower spoiler in carbon fiber sitting in my living room, il be fitting them both tommorow, but I've just been out to level the lower spoiler under the back window, and it looks like it levels up fine, but it dosent sit flush on the edges, il be bonding and srewing it on, so just wondering if the edges will pull in so i loose the gaps?? or should i trim it slightly?? cheers

ok, first thing, take them off the side lights, there could be a number of reasons, the main is because it could be getting wet! get the light wire on the gauges (usually yellow), connect all 3 together, then link them with one wire to something that comes on at night, ie,, dash bulbs etc, try it, if it dont work, re-wire it all and check for loose connections.

bought the carbon rear spoiler off him, recieved this morning........ MINT!!! will use him again.

i would honestly say, possibly, i would strip the head and have a look at the valves, wont cost you to have a look, and it saves you wasting cash if it is fooked....... aslong as he pulled over straight away it should be ok, but he shouldnt have tried starting it, that could totally have fooked it.

not one of the smartest things to do videoing your self racing on public roads???
