  1. Looking good socks, as said above bet you cant wait to get that engine back and put in you must be missing boooost so bad lol...keep it up buddy
  2. Well come back mate so have you sold your civic?
  3. Yeah you can change it but 7500rpm is its max.. to be honest you should be changing gear well befor 7000 anyway, my point is that a plug & play ECU is abit more friendly on the poket lol
  4. Fuck me you guys dont mess about awesome work mate im glad you have got here back on the road so quick Ohh and fucking LOL at the pic of Luke haha
  5. Basically if you have very deep pockets then go for a stand alone ECU but if your like me and have flys comeing out for you wallet then go for a plug & play ECU it will still get you to that 200bhp mark ....
  6. Sorry buddy but i have to disagree with you lol...If you are running stock ct9 orr hybrid ct9 @1bar a plug & play ECU will make the same power as a stand alone ECU...Its only when you start going past the 200bhp mark is when a stand alone ECU is worth getting anythink under that then a plug and paly ECU is well worth getting as Mark said above its save getting it mapped everytime you put something new on your car... I was useing a Apexi power fc ecu befor i started useing the blitz ecu and there is no diffrence in power what so ever the only diffrence is the rev limit the apexi reved out

  9. As said above is it M5 0.8mm? im not that clued up with this sort of thing lol
  10. You are going to love the sound of that when its fitted nice update mate keep them comeing
  11. Yeah i could of most probably of got it to fit without cutting it..but it was abit tight and working in the cold with plastic is a big no no lol so thought i cut it to be the same as the oem to make life easyer..All i have used for the gap at the top is black silicone and its done the job.
  12. This made me LOL because 9% out of 10 it's so true they aways look like bull dogs chewing a wasp
  13. Yeah at the bottom of the oem cam cover there is a L shape if you put both the clear cover and the oem one together you will see what im on about...anyways here's a pic of the L shape at the bottom of the oem cover If you cut that L shape in the clear cam cover it will help it fit flush and put less strain on the plastic when tightening the nuts. NOTE use a dremel and a cuting disc to cut the plastic or it will just shatter!!!! Hope you dont mind me putting a pic up on your build thread mate if so i will take it off lol
  14. Lol yeah i had to take a few deep breaths lol at one point i was going to jump on the thing and smash it to bits lol.. I also had to cut a section out the bottom as it didnt have a L shape slot in it like the oem one.
  15. Thanks for the possitive comments guys, its much appreciated keeps me wanting to do more things @Bluebear i've had it about a week now spent to much money on it befor i sold it, i would of be silly not to buy it back
  16. Looking matey how did you find the clear cam cover to fit?..I've just fitted mine and it was a twat lol..Have you used wasers to space it out away from the cam pully?
  17. Lol cheers mate.. it could do with another go with the silicone in places to get it spot on but thought id let the first lot dry then put somemore on tomorrow as it was starting to get abit messy lol
  18. Thanks for the nice comments zac yeah the silicone is spot on just put it on as you would and spit on your finger and rub round it leaveing a nice neat finish lol.job done!!
  19. It sure dose with abit of patience it will go on the hardest part is trying not to scratch it to bits lol...Shame you have to part with yours after the messing about you had getting them made..Even if the cover was a million miles out i would of made it fit just because i waited that long for it lol.. Cheers Dan shes getting there it got abit dull with the last owner not keeping on top of it so i've buffed it back to its fomer glory
  20. I would of nocked the fuck out of here!!!!!..its rong of me to say that but sometimes theres a line and cross that line and thats it lol woman orr no woman anyone dose that to my pride and joy i would kill them ...Hoep you get the bitch back lol
  21. Thanks Luke i did want to paint the pully red/blue but it took that much time to fit and it was on and off the car more times then enuf (triming bits off ect) i couldnt be arst painting it lol
  22. I am pleased to say the cam cover is on it was a piss take but if you sit back and chill out have a few 1000 fags (if you smoke) in my case it was lots of cupers lol it will go no with abit of trimimg here and there.. He's some pics of it fitted i have had to space the cover out with ruber washers to allow clearance for the cam pully as the cover has been cut to short it catches...So with me haveing to space the cam cover out it left a gap about 2/3mm between the cam cover and the rocker cover so i just used black silicone to fill in the gap and its worked a treat. Sorry the pics arnt the b
