Right thats sorted that out then lol just im wanting to fit a Gen1 inlet with a glanza V TB but with me haveing the 2nd gen engine it looks like i cant because the icv is underneth the throttle body instead of on the left hand side of the inlet so it looks like i will have to hope out for a corolla bug eye TB. Ohh i've just thought how did you get a glanza v TB on your old car? because thats got the icv sensor under the TB im confused lol

Disconnecting the battery for 20min is just the same as takeing the fuse out...Once the battery is reconnected the fault coads should be cleared.

But to be honets i think it will still come on the ecu should still recognize the problem has been sorted, just like it dose sometimes when you hit fuel cut ect...I hope im rong and you have sorted it buddy ;)

Well thats a start, atleast i know what the sensor is now thanks ;) What it is i think you can put the Glanza TB on a Gen1 4E-FE as the icv is on the laft hand side of the inlet like you have described and the Gen2 4E-FE has the icv under the throttle body. so im thinking i cant use the Glanza TB? unless i can change the method some how? anymore help would be great

Hello guys Im just abouts to put a gen1 inlet manifold and Glanza TB on my corolla e10 4E-FE but i have come across a little problem. I have got an extra sensor on my throttle body compered to the glanza throttle body. Hes a pic of the sensor on my throttle body Now what is that sensor? can i unplug it and put the glanza throttle body on and everything will be fine? orr is there another way around this? Any help would be very much appreciated ;) Edit..I've just found a pic of 179glanza's when he had it and his Glanza S seams to have the same sensor but then he ended up putting a Glanz

Not to sure yet im going to put a glanza inlet and throttle body on maybe a few other bits and bobs..If i can get my self a job and funds alow me a might 4E-FTE here but in the mean time im going to enjoy and use it as a rund around as shes only got 38k on the clock so i my aswell use and a abuse it lol. Ohh if you dont mind me asking what engine loom did you have to use for your 4E-FTE conversion?

Funny enuf when i was reving the car on the spot yesterday to see if it would missfire through out the rev range i noticed the front bottom engine mount was mooveing quite alot!!! so maybe you could be right, thinK i might take it off the car and fill it full of silicon for now and see if it makes any diffrance...Thanks for you time bud Think its e10 mate lol the grandad shape heres a pic

Well the throttle body will be comeing off soon because im changeing it for a glanza one so i will see what happens then lol

Hello guys its not offten i get stuck but im puzzled to fuck atm.. I've just recently bought a corolla 1.3 4efe and ever since i got its had a very slight missfire at 33mph in 4th gear and when i change up in to 5th its ok for about 1min then starts missing again, its not a very bad missfire its more like a very slight judder but its starting to piss me off.. i've changed the leeds, plugs, dizzy cap, roto arm and its still doing it dont get me rong the car seams to be running alot better then what it was when i first got it as it had a slight missfire on tick over aswell but that seams to of

Arnt the front calipers the same on an N/A?.. im sure all thats diffrent is the Glanza/GT use bigger disks/pads could be rong though Edit.. also if you want some front disks and pads i've got some here...the pads have done about 1000k and disks have done abit more
