  4. LOL if you hit it then spine the shaft then hit it again in that sort of motion it will come of the splines equally instead of just hitting it in the same place if you get me lol
  5. Keep hitting it with a big hammer it will pop off the spilne/circlip eventualy just make sure someone elss holds the shaft near the gearbox so it dosnt pop out and have oil everywhere!!!
  6. Haha yeah thats not a problem mate give me a shout anytime bud and yeah N/A gaskets will fit they are all the same size anyway and i've got the tools to do the job so we should be ok ..speak soon mate

  9. Just edited above ryan to be honest i've figured out away (i think lol )what lit is the glanza tps is a manual tps and the N/A tps is an automatic SO im thinking if you use a TB off an automatic glanza it will work as it will have the same amount of pins (3) if you get me lol
  10. Hmm i dont mind helping you fit the inlet manifold but not sure about the throttle body as i havent got round to figering away around the 3/4plug thing lol... Also to be honest mate you will need to change the injectors if you put the glanza throttle body on, as it is 5mm bigger then the N/A one and it will suck 10% more air then it was.. there for make the car run lean if you just put the inlet manifold on then it will be ok And Yeah im on the same number bud Edit..Ohh sorry ryan just seen your post not sure about glanza injectors mate but im sure if you use the gen 1 pink injectors it sh
  11. Lol guys you have got the rong end of the stick what i mean is if you put the glanza TB on then you will defo need to change your injectors..if you just put the glanza inlet manifold on then yes the ecu will adjust its self and everything will be fine ...if you need a hand putting the inlet on thats not a problem i would order 2 new gaskets from toyota though befor you change it think they are a tenner for both just to be on the safe side
  12. Haha well that explanes it lol..If you are going to put the glanza throttle body on i would think about puting bigger injectors in orr your engine will go pop.. i havent got round to fitting the glanza TB as yet, just trying to work away around the TPS as the glanza have 4pin plug and the N/A has 3pin plug, soon as i work out how to do it i'll let you know lol
  13. Sweet i put the glanza inlet mani on my corolla and it made a good diffrance throttle response was alot better aswell as top end Ohh by the way is the a new girlfrend in the pasinger seat? orr is it the photoshop that makes here look diffrant? lol
  14. Are people checking the torque settings once the cars had a good run out.. i always nip mine up abit as the rubber crushes even more with the heat, i've never had one leak yet
  15. Awesome work sparky cant believe its been off the road for 2years orr so and in the space of a few month you've built the car from the bottom up over 10 out of 10 from me keep it up mate
  16. Get it on the RR we need to know what shes pushing out ...ohh and that pic is just ...Also did that lad in the blue glanza get his misfire sorted do you know? cant remember his name lol
  17. Looking good mate splitter finishes it right off....Have you had here rolling roaded yet?
  18. The clicking noise you can hear is the abs pump every glanza i have owned has done the same thing soon as you turn the key and leave it for 2secs it make a buz type of noise....As for the high pitch noise as said it could be a leak have you checked the boost gauge to see if she is still boosting as she should?
  19. As in rocker cover gasket?...we changed that a few weeks ago but since then he has had the rocker cover back off to give it a polish so maybe the rubber has crushed to the point where its not sealing no more?...I think his best bet would be to buy a new one and go from there....Cheers idrees
