What temp paint is everyone useing? i used the black very high temperature paint think it takes upto 650 c / 12000 f and never had a problem with it didnt burn off etc but then again i sold my glanza 3weeks after painting the mani so not sure how long it lasted after i sold it.. will have to ask lewis and see if the jam mani still has the paint on if it dose then everyone should go out and buy some lol
  6. Havent seen no solid evidince to say it is a better ecu then the standard starlet ecu think its just the injectors that make more power along with the inlet manifold.. As for the glanza S ecu i've heard that has a more aggressive map on ecu,but again no solid evidince.

  11. Do a diagnostics test first to see whats what the ecu dosnt always throw a light up but it will have the fault code stored if there is a fault... there's a guide on here on how to do your own diagnostics test.

When new blue owned the car befor you i always said to him i thought it might of been the ecu as he tryed everything to get rid of the misfire but never did so maybe try a diffrent ecu and go from there....Also are you sure the leads,plugs ect are ok? Also have you done a diagnostic test to see what it brings up?

Them track rods look like they have seen better days...I would start off withg them and go from there..when i got my first glanza it made a knocking noises at the front but would only do it on certain bumps and it was the track rods.. the ball joint was trying to jump out of its cup they where that fooked lol

  17. Thats the vacuum hose for the Hi/Low boost but cause you have got the HKS actuator its no longer needed orr if you would like to reconect the HI/low boost then just T-pice it

If you think about it if the boost is kicking in at 3800rpm instead of 2800rpm then dosnt that ring alarm bells? the higher through the rev range the engine pusses more air through the turbo there for pussing the wasgate open more then it would be at 2800rpm so if you have got a "leak" it will take longer to open the wasgate.
