  4. Yeah for some reason the Toyosports TDO4 manifolds seem to cope fine unlike the ct9 ones.. then again the TDO4 wont produce as much heat as a CT9

  6. Its sound mae..if the temperature gauge isnt going right to the H the its not over heating ^^Spot on
  7. If the temperature gauge dosnt go to the top then you have nothing to worry about..I remember last year warming my car up in my garage in the winter and it seem to take for ever for my fan to kick in because of the cold weather but after waiting half a year it did kick in..so Maybe you just arnt leveing it long enuf. As for the Engine light comeing on if its gone off and hasnt stayed on then it must of been fuel cut..with the cold weather it will boost/creep abit more then normal.
  8. Ollie ryan you most probley need a fan switch it looks like this..Note this one isnt for you car as far as i know. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Radiator-Fan-Switch-...f676cc7ff43715d
  9. What boost gauge have you got?..Just i cant see the engine management light comeing on just because's the car is over heating..My gess is that you are hitting fuelcut and your gauge is out. As for it over heating is the temperature gauge going right up to the top?...or is it staying just above half way?
  10. I think he might of "clocked the turbo" i.e with his set up been external wastegated he dosnt need to use an actuator, there for the cold side of turbo can be spun anywhere you want it.. in most case's people do it to shorten the lenth of the intercooler pipe route giveing much quicker spooling time also depending how your turbo is set up people also clock a turbo because the oil return might be on an angle and needs to be faceing down so the oil can drain off the turbo
  11. Nice one mate good choice yeah i know how you feel mate we are just getting rid of the snow up north so hasn't been the ideal weather here either...Looking forward to seeing some pics in the future

  23. Dont people get the Sard k26 manifold ceramic coated to help pravent it from cracking???..
  24. ^^Yeah most people have to grind a section out the middle to make it fit But i think its a silly thing to do realy as it can make it weaker.
  25. Think the only way to advance the time on coilpacks is an Aftermarket ECU..Im not 100% sure on that though so dont quote me on it lol..Im sure someone elss will be able to give you a more clear answer
