when did you do a service lasts dizzy plugs etc etc? if you keep it off boost does it drive ok if so i would imagine it would be ignition related

have a look at the cross section where the manifold meets the turbo 1) Its all out of line and there are dimples in that i can see in a picture so cant be that smooth.how has you mate gas flowed it??? just looks like hes had a go at it with a grinding stone to me. make sure you do runner number two also before running a bar on it.

i dont know about gas flowed tbh looks a shit job to me you will notice more of a difference if you remove the restrictions in 2 and 3 and ffs smooth it out when your done.

as above and a tidy manifold unless you already have one you can then run a bar quite safely, just make sure you have your fueling checked by a decent tuner.

x2 it will be loud my mate had one on his and it was just straight pipe from the turbo out thrugh the front bumper no can nothing used to set off most car alarms and sounded incredible though

you could look into charge coolingn the turbo which will allow you to run below ambient on intake temps which will certainly help.

avis car hire mate did me a pug 207 for a week im the same age as you and aklso have points and cost me £160+tank of fuel,or you can just fill up before they have it back
