^^^ as that man said it is probably seized on the one side.buy some new discs and pads strip everything down carriers the lot and clean them all up, i would use copper grease on the sliders and check to see if the caliper is seized if so get another one.clean the carriers with a wire wheel on a drill.

if you bought the item in may even if you paid vai paypal you are pretty much stuffed.you should have checked it was working as soon as you recieved it and if it was not con tact the seller, if you would of had no joy you could of opened a paypal dispute.you have 45 days to open a dispute with them from date of delivery.only thing i can suggest would be to contact zoro2006 and try to cpome to some arrangement/part refund etc.

never heard of them buddy are they off ebay by chance? have a look at ricky(racetech) he sells clutch kits and will handle most things you throw at it.you would be better off spending a little more on a clutch if you are going to be going for more power in the future.
