The advance is looking sweet and I think the front end looks awsome with that lip -

I have 2 seats from an ep82 j-reg but they have no rails

They are comfy and slightly more sporty I would presume they would fit straight in not 100% sure to be honest can't see it taking much to fit them

I have to seats that look like that but no rails or belts with them

What's seats have u got now depends what u want U had a look at ep82 turbo seats if your looking for something quick

U still got the square head lights dude ?? They got any haze in them or are they still clear cheers mate

One of the first things I did was remove air-con and it makes no difference blocking em up at the back of the engine bay u won't really notice them

U see I'm the opposite I can bulk up really quick an easy I'm not small now but find it 10x as hard to rip up no matter what diet and c.v I try and dropping weights but more reps etc but I must admit I do like being strong

Watched the new underworld last week if u like that kind of stuff then you will enjoy this good watch passes an hour lol

Some people do naturally have good genes and a good metabolism other can't fun it harder to he what they want to achieve but there are ways and means round everything don't give up if u begin to struggle with something but all people are different so the same programmes won't suite everyone just like the same diet won't suite anyone or everyone so it all trial and error when it comes to each person

I de-catted mine it was one of the first things I did and ha an exhaust system on it I started to hit fuel cut but if u careful an watch your gauge u can let of before you hit it or while u save up for management or fcd etc

I had mine mapped at tuning developments bout to 2 n half hours each way for me but was well worth it car ran like a dream after nick had his hands on it
