disconnect the batttery swap ecu over connect battery back up start car and let idle for 10 mins or so then take out for a few drives gently increasing the boost levels with your actuator until you have reached 1 bar or whatver you want to run............ I think thats it.............

yeh its reasonably simple mate, that most difficult thing is putting the needle back on! the first time I did it, it was a bit of a ball ache just remember at 3000rpm you should be reading 60mph, that how I knew I got it sitting properly again do you have this in your engine bay??

to change it you need to take off the dial face mate, remove all surrounding plastic pull off speedo needle unscrew dial face and pull it off and the bulb shall be behind not sure what they are though, cant remember off hand im afraid having a front mount doesnt effect hi/low boost, do you know whether or not the hi/low boost solenoid has been removed?
