just rang tm-developments to order some bits and apparently business has shut down for the time being due to dave very unfortunately passing away on tuesday some very very sad news!!!

you mentioned above that the manifolds crack on the welds due to the car running a bit lean causing high EGT? the mani i have now has a small crack on one of the welds and my car is running a bit rich, would this suggest that it has been poorly made? lol!

some awesome in-depth EPIC replies lads, and very much appreciate the good words you have said about his work as i have since ordered a ram horn style mani with wastegate take off etc kit for my ct9 i dont really drive her to hard so fingers crossed it will last without any problems and im sure if any problems ever do arise he would gladly sort them out as so far he has been a pleasure to deal with just need to wait for it to be made, getting a little excited now

in thought you were gna say they were shite and to keep away i saw a white glanza at japfest with a race-tech mani and from that moment on i knew it was for me

its just luck of the draw i guess? similar to mild and stainless steel, everyone goes one about how much mild steel doesnt crack etc but mine has haha! as you say, compare the amount of kits he has made to the amount that have cracked etc and i imagine the ration is very low, and as mentioned he does make a sexy looking manifold

im not after a tdo4 manifold, just one for my hybrid ct9 i dont do track days either! only the odd bit of spirited road driving
