  1. I was speaking to a chap who had a white glanza at the petrol station in altens near makro. Didn't catch his name but he said it was around 200 ponies. Still on st9 iirc as well.

  10. yeah man, one kind would be the way to go, and just the abs ones with the pick up ring. Make parts easier to find. But no, they need to know the spline count which you need to know before buying the part, and to know that you need to take it to bits. Oh another wee update, bought a new turbo timer as the one on it is gay. Unfortunately the ebay folk close for christmas so aint even going to send it until 4th Jan, cunts. Teach me for not reading the advert properly!
  11. I was thinking that bud, but the other set have a much more prominent cogs and are listed for the abs versions. So I'm guessing these are right, well hoping haha
  12. Wee bit of an update, passenger side driveshaft has decided to start knocking away, so bought another set of shafts to replace, and then will refurb the ones I have. Since I had already replaced the passenger side one, I can start on that now. And Camskill got my parts here in less than a day almost, at this time of year and with the weather hats off to them for sure for the speedy service!   13. Right guys, been changing over one of my cv joints today, and when it's been in bits, noticed that my old cv joint is a bit different to my replacement ones. Also noticed it has a 30 spline count any info I've found on here suggests it should be a 23 inner spline count? Pics for comparrison: As just wondering if the previous owner might have swapped the shafts with a n/a version or something? Also the new cv's have what looks a bit like a small abs pick up ring, they aren't and again my old one didn't have it. Any ideas guys or will it be fine?
  14. how mine is mounted: Bottom brackets are just like strips of metal but bent down if you get me with rubbers to protect from vibrations
  15. Easy to fit, one pipe of the breather and a breather on the other pipe unless you have a race spec rocker cover, then it's both ports into a catch can and a breather on it. Where you mount it is up to you, just make sure it's not on any moving parts eg the engine as any bracket you use will most likely snap.
  16. is it for a td04 or just want to run an uprated rad? As for mine I needed brackets made up, although normally you can move one accross by unbolting and reweld one of them. Depends how you want to mount it as I needed it mounted real low to clear my wastegate. and as Ibz said, he should know, he done it himself with my old rad

Thanks for the kind comments lads Not really interesting but pic of the emanage in it's new home: A few more tweaks for today, went to town to get some silicone hosing to tidy up how and where the boost controller solenoid was: From this: To this: Although not sure if I have maybe put it a bit far away but I didn't like having it upside down on the cross member and so close to the mani. Also had to tidy up the wiring in the interior as it was looking a bit like an abortion had happened in the car! No before pics as I didn't take any except for around the area below the stereo centre

  20. red ones where from ebay but apparently don't fit, so I got trd ones. Although never had a look myself like.
