  1. Would also like to ask are they with dust seals and what thickness are the disks?
  2. Very good prices compared to the other kits out there it seems! Whats needed in this scene as in my opinion most things are over priced for no reason at all.
  3. I find it funny tbh, and the axoc is full of gimps, although a few of the folks on there are decent enough but majority are bell touchers.
  4. depends how high you mount it, the higher you mount it the less you should have to cut. I got angle grinder happy when I fitted my hdi, now with the jperformance one, fits sweet haha
  5. looks like an rx7 tmic, not sure if it's cusco though or not. How much are they wanting for it?
  6. I decided one day that I felt like a change of car, later that day I had my starlet. First car I looked at as well.
  7. I just cried with laughter, thats so funny!
  8. she sent vids and you're only posting pics!
  9. Thanks for the kind words bud Appreciate bud, I went to tm developments for the engine. A long way from hill billy heaven for sure! I went for the j performance intercooler as it's a hdi yet cheaper, and I had already fitted a hdi cooler so no messing about getting it to fit. And the speedvision one wasn't the greatest of fitting one tbh.
  10. I was thinking that but the engine was only out for a day, and I was down at tm developments then so nay chance of getting it cleaned up then!
  11. A few other pics since I was down at Mark's today, and it's running now! Almost finally there!
  12. every month it gets treated so nothing special for christmas
  13. Gains are mainly to be had with a wilder cam, as itb's prevent charge robbing in the plenium. Although even with standard cam, I have seen gains but thats with inlets and bodies that have been researched with flow, inlet length, velocity stack length and matched to the ports on the head etc etc.
  14. Most interesting pics I could find of the friends on facebook
  15. Why didn't you replace the water pump while you was doing the timing belt? In my opinion while doing stuff like timing belts it's wise to replace other parts like that so you only have to take it apart once.
  16. that is a quality pic!
  17. oh never noticed the first pic bud, you shouldn't need to bend the "legs" inwards bud, well wouldn't have thought so.
  18. just make the bend thats in it more prominent bud.
  19. Just bend the clip a bit bud, should give enough pressure onto the hose/bracket to hold it tight.
  20. Little update, at the meet at Mark's garage took a few pics, mainly because the radiator didn't fit so I had to buy yet another one, which Mark is still going to have to make fit But here's two pics of what it's starting to look like:
  21. It's not just for braking mate, bigger arb and wider track as well. Also bigger torsion bars iirc! My old comp brake did that, although it's only minor, it's an annoyance, never had that problem with the b&m style one, and I've had the grub screws come loose when using that kind you have and changing gear was a hassle for sure! Did you do a full loom change or just the engine?
  22. I used to have a 16v ax and it could shift like. Why do you have a swastika on it? Also I would use a rear disk beam and what you think of the comp brake shifter? As I always prefered the b&m style one, as the grub screws aren't great for the collers on those shifters in my experience.
  23. I haven't read the whole thread but with 58 pages it must have been a fair adventure! Glad to hear it's up and running and you're enjoying it bud. Makes all the waiting worth while huh! Although I bet theres more to come though!
