Yer i got a nut an bolt from toyota, better to use original part's. Check with toyota first befor ya go cutting it off as they may have to order it in. Cost about a tenner but worth it in the end..
looks like you have spare to cut bit of pipe an move up... As for the bolt i had one the other day an i just brought a new one an hacksawed off the old one an replaced it...
Might be for the high an low boost solonoide thingy, will pop out an look at mine... Just looked an the longest i have but its not plugged in, the other two i do not have so can only say it must be for hi/low boost of which i have all removed...

Its normally pluged in at the ignition loom, it you take the cowling off from around the stering colum you will see it, unplug it for a min then plug it back in an should reset it, had to do it to mine when i jumped mine once or twice...
