Thats the only thing, they're either auto, rusted to the hilt, or stupidly high mileage, atleast ive got a fresh canvas to work from. Its not to everyones taste, im not keen on the looks myself, but end of the day, its how a car drives and goes, not how it looks for me. Like they say, ugly birds try harder:P Day

Its a toy, till things are a little more clearer about work/commitments it'll do. And that was the plan Matt, but there were no clean/standard/low mileage ones about, and all were asking silly money and had the transtop. I'd rather start with a clean base to work from. Heres the new toy hehe:D Its the 1.6 esi with the d16z6 vtec engine, lovely little car, has the manual roof etc. No real plans as of yet, first things are the exhaust, wheels and to lower it (60mm too much???) Ideal little toy for the summer, and seeing as its one of the cleanest ive seen, it will be kept that way. Previous owner was a mature car enthusiast who replaced the old manifold with a dc sports 4-2-1 jobbie, and a hks mushroom filter. Any thoughts, ideas welcome. VTEC just kicked in yo:P Day

My favourite was my car wouldnt start, even though the civic I had never once failed to start haha! Or diarrhoea, no one ever argues with that lol! Day

Del sol for now, was gonna go down the s2000 route, but after consideration, would rather put the money towards a deposit on a house than get raped for insurance lol. Day

I ran one on my C20LET before I really started modifying it, was terrible, never boosted to a constant pressure, just didnt feel right, so like alot are saying I just set mine off the actuator till I went for a proper electronic controller Day

Its quite easy to do now, its good becsause its catching out all the idiots selling something dodgy. Get a quote to have the engine reconditioned. Get in touch with a small claims court. See what happens Day

Doesnt really matter though, you've still got a case, was talking to a guy the other day about someone who bought a bmw from a garage, it was bought for £3000 as a cat c write off. On the way home, the gearbox went, the guy then decided to take it to court about buying a faulty vehicle, garage ended up having to shell out £3k just for a new gearbox, also heard a rumour that even cars bought for scrap by law must be sold with a 1 month warranty Day
