All you need is a couple of screwdrivers, patience, little bit of common sense and some nice bulbs lol. Day

Simple case of removing the screws, gentley removing the surround where it clips in, unscrew the clockset, disconnect any plugs. swap all your bulbs for pwetty LED's lol:D Day

I know what you're saying, my SR had column mounted controls, albeit with a sony headunit. Best thing to do is type in your model number and fetch up the specs of your unit Day

The remote is for a column mounted control, nothing else, your ipod will either need an aux in port, or usb compatibility that will run an ipod, Day

Only a 1.4, but i'd fitted a set of piper cams when I did the headgasket, not long since fitted a full scorpion system too, was pretty nippy to say the least. And it was definitely more comfortable, got shed loads more grunt than the SR but not as fun to drive as the turbo, handled very well, only downside was the tyres didnt give much feedback as to what they were doing tbh. Would definitely have another one though:D Day

Think you'll find that the oil pressure will be slightly higher when cold due to the oil being thicker, once its warmed up and more plyable, less pressure is needed for it to circulate. Get someone to keep an eye on its progress when you go for a drive. Day

NOS is only legal in the sense that it is fitted but not armed. Its purely for track/off road use. Its a must that all mods are declared, regardless of how little they are. NOS like most things, is best served in moderation. Day

Lol, I used to be the same with the corsa, only dared open it up on carriageways etc, most of the time the turbo barely spooled up, only on the odd occasion where the weather was right and roads clear would it get to stretch its legs. Day
