  1. ye fek trying to do get the box to go back on when your trying to put the engine back in. When i done my engines i dropped the engine onto a tire through the bottom then lifted the whole car and slip it out. easy peasy ( ish ). centreing the clutch is fairly simple aswell just play with it till you can get the box back on and bolts in the take it off then tighten up the clutch. so i recommend just taking the whole box out .
  2. i also got a red light on my 360 but its off to be fixed under warranty tomorrow so should have it back in a week and ill buy this game. played the demo though and i do think its a bit sluggish with the steering etc but ill still buy it.
  3. the n/a's are goin for penies. i saw one about 100 miles from me on auto trader. sportif with 40k on it. totaly standard and looked all clean and no probs with paint or body and it was 600 ono. bargain lol. makes ya cringe when you think about when its time to sell up though.

    sweet not so good how no matter what wage your on you accomodate to suit. just act like you never got a pay rise and save it all and go mental at the end of the year. would feel better than spendin it all every month <<< chances of you doing that = slim to none
  7. wanting some gold high temp paint for brake calipers but cant find any. only has to be a little gold . not wanting yellowy gold if you know what i mean. fussy much Russell
  8. dont see how alot of people have trouble adding pictures. not really that hard and a simple search of the word pictures brings up the tutorial on the first page.

  10. i could see a car having alot of gain with a throttle body as apposed to a car without one :harhar: question of my own though. what difference would it make having a butterfly for each intake as apposed to a big one. opening on the mani wont be any different so not really gonna take in any more air from what i know.
  11. well im no expert so someone will prob correct me at some point :harhar: but turbos work by usin the exhaust gasses to spin the turbin which is connected to the compressor which sucks in air and forces it into your engine , hence forced induction, if you think about throttle bodies itsd basically a signle butterfly per intake on your block. you would need to connect all of these to the turbo so that the turbo is feeding them alll and the end result would just be a complicated version of what you already have. ( i think ) lol
  12. lol i imagined it once. bout as far as it got. throttle bodies go straight from intake to the air so there will be 4 yes an considering you need to connect the turbo up to the intake and now you have 4 , what do you get, intake manifold :harhar:

  15. if your not getting 15s because youll have to lower it then 17s will be just as pointless giving you the whole roller skate look. 17s can look good though if done properly.
  16. well i think my bov is nacked anyway because last time i was under the bonnet and revved it high the thing didnt do anything ;) what bovs would you recommend. so many out there that folk say are good and im not sure.

    i have toothache ( not being pervy , you just reminded me that i actially do ;) ) im going to a wedding. i have some weird mates. says we can go fancy dress but its one of the occasions where you know noone else will
  18. 5efe it and tune that a bit but then again that could cost more than your willing and go towards a gt fund ;) . what country is it where you insure a person instead of a car because i think thats a great idea.
  19. my question seems to have opened up a little debate . my questions been answered along with a few other bits of info i now know though so ;) so from reading all that am i right in saying my car will always stall because the BOVs aint good enough at letting out the air ?
  20. no it was a different filter i had on before but im gonna say because it was a smalled and worse filter it sounded less like chatter so i thought the bov was doin its job but i think its been like that since the start. just gonna get a new bov when funds allow.

  22. if you want what the fuck factor and vtec then for all the work you may aswell somehow squeeze a 2.2 vtec in the boot or something ;)

  25. on the quarter i put revs to 3k then when light when green i let the clutch up and put my foot down. easing if it was spinning.
