  1. Probably best getting the dings taken out by someone like dentrix before getting resprayed, rather than filling the dent with filler. There was a dent removal firm at JAE a few years back, i went and spoke to them about price and it was £30 a panel, no matter how many dents i had in that panel. I paid £100 for 5 panels and handed the car over, didn't think he realised how many dents my car had, it looked like someone had done a drive by on it. His face was classic!!!! :harhar: He got them all out though, did take a few hours and a few of them to do it but looks like new now
  2. Will be going back, when the Demon is built, just for a drive on some of the roads
  3. Too late, im home
  4. I was the same for a few years after doing my Architecture Degree. Got bored sat at a computer all day so gave it up and now im sat at a computer typing this Its looking good cheshire, keep the updates coming and the parts rolling in! I have som many parts just lying about next to the Demon, drives me nuts as i can't put them on till other parts are finished first Its nice when you can just order parts constantly and just fit them straight away! Jason
  5. I get similar pay and i also spend most of it on the Demon Im also a rent boy
  6. This car is pure sex! One of my favourite builds this Keep up the good work dude and keep the pics coming. Jason
  7. LOL thats insane!!!!!! You can still see the stickers on the tyres, they must be brand new as it must just eat them up on the inside. That can't be good for brakes, tyres, wheels, hubs etc etc Jason

    Anyone Else?

Sod you all you bloody bastards!!!!!!!! Stop talking about drink......
  9. Im still sanding the rocker cover, haven't even finished doing the whole thing with 120 grit paper yet so polishing is a long way off Im also sanding down a spare thermostat housing and a standard oil filter bracket, both will look like chrome when done. Doesn't make sense on a standard GT but my engine is 'On Show' so want a nice finish. Just takes ages..................................
  10. No worries, glad i could help Makes sense to wait till you have the lights tinted and then convert the whole lot. I converted the rear fogs on my lexus to a custom made set of blacked out ones. Was a pain in the arse as i had to do it in stages. Started with 2 red, then had 1 red 1 clear, then 1 clear 1 smoked and finally both smoked. Got there in the end though Im off to keep sanding and polishing...................
  11. Good, i can do some proper work now then That one looks the best anyway Steve, looks well stealthy!
  12. last one, and the best one IMHO Didn't do the lights too dark Steve............ Jason
  13. That would look even better Steve
  14. LOL. I don't really care if you do it or not, its your car after all mate. I just think it would look SICK! thought i would give you a pic of it so you can see what it would look like. EDITED above so you can see comparison Steve

  16. Are thought i saw pics with black rims??? im loosing my mind anyway, just do it Steve it will look great!
  17. Then do it! Be different! Will look better in real life also when you see it against your black rims. and will also be in memory of the old black beasty. Jason
  18. So tint the bloody lights then!!!!!
  19. Just so you can't escape it............. Jason
  20. Yes im sure its possible but i reckon its probably going to be mega bucks I had my headrests from my lexus unstitched, embroidered with the 'L' logo and then restitched together for £90, thats just the 2 front ones! I used a company in Southampton called 'Gibson and Boyne' they have done some amazing work. Their demo cars even has leather, sideskirts, arch's, bumper etc. Looks a bit strange but shows what they can do. Don't know if they are still going though??? Jason
  21. That is so sick its unreal!!! dam it i want this demon built.............
  22. Don't worry i won't give up on the Demon At least you can drive the GT everyday and mod it as you go, mine is just sat there waiting to be built and to start ripping up the tarmac
  23. Heart i think is pretty much there now, so i guess im running 1.1 bar of boost. Can still hear it 'tick' but not as bad, which is good, its when it stops ticking that the problems start
  24. I know that exact feeling Steve! Im saving for a house and trying to finish the Demon all at the same time, house savings are winning at the moment. I have been working at the Demon now for over 2 YEARS!!!! and its still not bloody done, or no where near! Its just a massive money pit! I love ordering parts though and just waiting for them, then its like crimbo when they arive Im waiting on my inlet manifold at the moment and im dying to get it. My bro has just moved to Tokyo for a year also, his suitcase had a HUGE list of parts im after so he's now my handy Jap parts importer
  25. Don't worry mate those thoughts are well gone!!!! Im going to a Kitcar show next sunday and luckily its just after pay day as well Should give me some idea's and should pick up the remaining hard to find parts im after. Jason
