  1. If the indiglo dials are similar to the GT ones i have seen then all i can say is that mine will fit better and not require so much work. I know a few members who bought the stainless dials for the GT swapped out the indiglo's. Don't get me wrong the indiglo's look sick when lit up at night where as the stainless ones look almost stock at night. Jason
  2. Legend! If you want a set of dials i will do you a special price
  3. No, the pic is so low quality that i can't do anything with it Thanks for trying
  4. Thanks Mate
  5. Thats what i was thinking but it is very close to Kawasaki Green. We will see as its a long way off yet. Im thinking it will stay a green as like i have said i have already aquired some green parts and a few are on order. Jason
  6. Thats the logo i need but i need a straight on picture and a close up of it.
  7. Hi All, Im after some pics of the 'Glanza V' logo. I have got the GLANZA part but im after the whole logo/badge with the V part o it. Im just putting the finishing touches to the Glanza Stainless dial conversion and will have a test set ready this week but need the logo to put into CAD. anyone got any good pics??? i have had a little look but can't find any good ones. Preferably square on and not at an angle so i can draw round it. Many thanks if anyone can help, Jason
  8. see thats the only thing that makes me think i shouldn't do lime green as it will look like Kawasaki green and i don't have a kawasaki engine. Ford ST asbo orange isn't bad or even a nice yellow wouldn't look too bad????
  9. So not only do they see my comming but i end up blinding them as well. Would be an ption if the frame was alloy but its steel so needs coating. I will more than likely stay with Lime green but it may change
  10. After 3 years old it needs a sort of MOT test, its so costly and hard to get a car through that most people will export the car and buy a new one. Its only the people who are emotionally attached to their cars that will probably keep them and pay them money. I think its something like £3000 to get it through their 3 year test.
  11. we will see.......... Only problem is i have already got/ordered alot of purple/green parts..
  12. LOL Not my pic, haven't picked it up yet.......
  13. think it was 3-4 pages back Im not set on lime green yet but looks like it maybe going that colour. I really want matt black as it will look stealth but not easy to keep clean. Its a long way off getting sprayed so colour may change yet. Will have a votting pole to see what colour people think.........
  14. and the top pic is my gearbox
  15. Im not starting this discussion again
  16. Original Plan was to go Matt Black but my family are really worried that im going to get side swipped by a lorry as i won't be seen. Sure they will hear me but they just won't see the thing. They are a bit happier with it being lime green as its a bit more visiable
  17. welcome back Badass Wondered where you have been mate
  18. Hmmmm polished looks like the winner here then I might be using this one as a CO2 cannister for the intercooler spray so may polish this one up fully to see what it comes out like. And i knew somebody would notice the booze, you can tell i work hard
  19. I thought about it but bit of a drive for me, but would be well worth it
  20. ***Fuel Tank Time*** Well the last few days i have been looking at sorting out a fuel tank. Unfortunately there is no fuel tank available that will sit in the area i have so its going to have to be a custom job. Rather than just get a custom one made up that is the same as all the others i thought i would have a bit of fun and go for a slightly different version. Aim is to get 2x 5kg fire extinguishers and weld them together. One will have the filling point on the top and the other will house the fuel sender/level gubbins. After having a little look at work i found an old 2kg one and after emptying what was left i got the top taken off. Its so old that the powder coating just sort of fell off with a bit of work Now i need a few opinions on this as i am still in a few minds with what to do with the finish on them. The idea i have is to use full braided lines and the anodised blue/red fittings which is going to be used with whatever option i go with. When they are finished im going to get some NOS bottle labels and put them on there so they look like dummby NOS bottles. But how should i finish them???? Do i..... 1) Polish them to a mirror finish 2)Spray them Candy blue to look like official NOS bottles 3) or do i spray them the same lime green the rest of the Demon will be??? Peoples oppinions on this would help loads as i really am unsure what one to do for. Here is a few pictures of the cylinder and the last 2 show a small section polished up, will require a little bit of elbow grease but you can see your face in it, or should i say my face Jason
  21. Thats what i heard also im sure hamster will love it. Im guessing the LFA they are driving is the one that is at Lexus London?? Apparently its the only one in Europe, or at least it was about a month or so ago Lets see if the rumours are true about them NOT actually being for Sale????
  22. and Lexus
  23. About bloody time!!!!! been waiting for the LFA for ages now. Im sure they won't think its shit! Although im sure Jeremy clarkson will have something to say about Lexus as he usually does
  24. They will almost certainly be Mini wheels by the look of it. Might be worth asking on a mini forum. I have mini Hubs on my Demon project and have the same size wheels 13x7j -7 offset. The PCD will be old imperial size which is 4x4 inch (think thats something like 4x101.6mm) and i believe Starbo offset is 4x100??? One thing i would say is that you can get some really cheap part worn racing slicks for those wheels!!!! i have them currently on mine and they are only £20 a corner and still have plenty of use on them. here's mine...........
