Yeah mate it went on the rollers. Yeah it dropped at the start of boost but i got 185 torque i think. +5 then the standard turbo lol. Thanks dude, i cant wait for them godamit! !!

I dont think I've ever posted a picture of me motor on here so i'll start a progress thread. here it goes. Brought the motor in feb 09 which was located in Birmingham (3hours drive for me). mods: Jasma exhaust,hks bov. As soon as i brought her home i was on a lookout for wheels. Managed to find some wolfrace alloys, not my favourite choice but got them for a bargain. I then did the basics such as flat blades wipers,debadge,a quick detail over, 8K hids. I then sourced a ngk grade 7 sparkys,hks actuator,fpr,hdi intercooler, sps manifold,sps decat,hdi bc and was away at 1bar running 172hp. I then wanted more power so i brought a GT hybrid off Enzo, back to the tuners and got 186hp Then pop the headgasket went on the rollers. My man Turboflow aka Owen did a headgasket changed but it popped again on the way to Santapod so suggested to go forged. So we went down to Burwash (tm developments) to get my bits. wiseco 74.5 low com pistons,scat rods,exedy organic clutch,acl bearings,new thermo,oil pres sensor,headbolts, and the rest from toyota. Hes still got the pictures on his camera of the new engine going in etc. But heres a picture of the clean forged engine in and running I then brought a Gizzmo boost controller and BC coilovers from Burwash. I then got some new pictures with my new slr camera up with the bumper being all smoothed off where the cut out was. Wheels sprayed White. I then wanted more power so i went and brought a JAM Racing ECu. Off to the rollers and pushed the tubby to 1.1boost and got... 209hp, 210torque. picking up some Cobra Bucket seats this week. I'v missed a few bits out such as harnesses,hks ssqv and gauges.. minor stuff. hope you like, I've enjoyed every bit of it. ktl

i ordered my wheels from rota yesterday. got a email today saying there getting the gt3's in tomorrow (the wheels i'v ordered) but will take proberly till monday to see them as they deal with over 4000wheels when shipment comes in.

8k is blue 6k is white with a tinge of blue 10k is bluer with a ting of purple 12k is blue blue/purple i know i use to have them on my previous cars. Quad light is 9005 bulb for dipped. you dont need to buy 2 sets of hids. if you want to upgrade your mains/flashers then just buy another kit and stick them in. I've passed mot with hids. just make sure there in projectord headlights and not reflector lights such as the glanza lights nd square lamps

 Dont worry geeza. Your get assholes who try it and you get fustrated yourself and want to get your own back. its not worth it at the end of the day as now both of your cars is damaged. Ok your laughing cause you get it done cheap/free but was it actually worth it ?

rough coat of etch, then a wet coat of etch. sand, spray,sand,spray,sand, 2K laquer or Petrol resistance laquer 2-3coats. AS for the sanding, i would start rough then finish on the last coat of paint using 1200 ? job done!

I got a perfect line @ 1bar on r/r today then tuned to 1.1 and it would spike to 1.2-1.3 for about 2secs then ease off to 1.1 and hold. you can feel this on the road. the gain was originally set to 15 and drop it to 8 then 5 now 3. Im using a hks actuator set around 0.6-0.7. And a gizzmo boost controller. Any thoughts ? edit: just realised its got a overboost warning on the controller. Might go set it.

dont boot it when the water gauge goes up. the oil comes up for me like another 15minutes depending on the weather. i recomend getting a oil temp gauge. that way your certain its ok to boost
