  1. Yeah lots of using yummy petrol. You want to tell your dad your not "wasting" as much as me and Mark when we are flying about every Saturday . Yeah we can clay your car but i can't be fussed doing mine. I might change my mind if yours looks mint though. Bourkey
  2. Looks a lot better now bud. Get some good pictures of it up . Bourkey
  3. Tut tut you missed coming to meet us. You better not miss us next week as we have the West Yorkshire meet . Glad you got it sorted though. We didn't get anything sorted of ours. Well we washed the cars but i had to drive to Sheffield last night and come back today so it was a complete waste of time. You going to get it waxed up for the meet next week mate? Bourkey
  4. Perfectionist isn't the word for Adsa. He cleans any wax off that you leave on your car. That reminds me. I've just been to Sheffield and back so it needs a good clean Asda . You better had bring it out. You promsed last time and you didn't. Not happy at all . Bourkey
  5. Dam right you need a new sig. That one is ancient . I really like that roof. It looks minted!!!!! Bourkey
  6. Nice one bud. Glad to see your back on the road again . Bourkey
  7. I love it when cars pass there MOT's with ease. It just reassures you that everything you have done to it has been done right. Mine was just a loose nut on a shock. I hate it when they say bulbs though. I checked all my bulbs one year and there was still one that was gone. Are you bringing it out for the meet next week then or will the VIC not be done. Be mint to see it at a meet. And it will be mint to see it actually driving than in storage . Bourkey
  8. Looking smooth Craig!!!! But why are your pictures tiny????? Bourkey
  9. Thanks a lot bud i try my best . It's come a long way since i have got it. I was thinking about the day i first got it. The weird smell, the rough looking paintwork, The stained mats and the "No Fear" stickers on the sides . It's not come as far as you SR though. Yours isn't even recognisable anymore. I remember seeing the white beast a few days after you got it. You need a metal polishing buffer. I don't know where you get them from as my dad uses meaty industrial ones. You also use some magical stuff with it to help clean it but i still can't rememeber what it is called. I'll ask my dad w
  10. Pictures chop chop ;). Welcome to the club buddy. If you want any info you will easily find it here . Bourkey
  11. I just simply annoy people. When im at work i annoy Markoos by sending him annoying emails. We also do daft stuff, Markoos currently wants to rob the rear wiper of a mates Punto for his own car. We also have the Starlet dance that we do driving down the road. You simply put your hazards on drive from side to side about 2 feet, and finally you beep your horn at the same time. Oh the fun we have had doing that. We drove through a junction once doing it and everyone started beeping there horns. It was hilarious!!!!!! We give people nick names as well, Our latest is Asad. He is now Asda . Bour
  12. Pity i still don't have my little blue baby. That was a 1998 S . Bourkey
  13. Monkey is the best person to speak to about this but he isn't on here very often. PM him he may see that he has a message . Bourkey
  14. I would highly recommend you change the manifold before taking the boost any higher. I changed mine recently and the restriction on the standard one is stupid. The 3rd piston especially would easily blow in a matter of months. Bourkey
  15. To be honest i love the look of the new Yaris SR and the new Auris SR. Yes the performance could be better but how many people do you know that would by a Yaris or an Auris for performance. It's all about practicality and economy these days. It's a shame i know but it's what the majority of the people want and it's what fills the pockets of the car companies;). The only thing i would say i don't like about newer cars is the massive amount of plastic under the bonnet. I like to see the engine not something that should belong in an Action Man toy car. Bourkey
  16. I've not done this on any Starlet but i did it regularly on my Micra. Was pretty funny. My dad did it the first day i picked it up . Did it pass it's MOT Dean??? Bourkey
  17. 8th of November, same as before . Bourkey
  18. They weren't on my SR and looking at the massive amount of history i have they had never been replaced. Plus i pulled some Excel G's off a Standard Glanza in a scrap yard and i have seen many of them on standard Glanza's and GT's. Bourkey
  19. Yeah a good night time meet would be mint. We haven't had one of them for ages and the last one was pretty good in the Trafford Centre until we got kicked out. Whoever is coming from the Trafford centre are eg Bolton, Bury, Whitefield etc can meet up with Me, Markoos, Craig and im guessing Asda as well. Hill Bill your from Bolton so you can come up with us if you like. Will be a good convoy. I say start the meet around 4ish as it's twilight then and we can get some good pics with the sun going down if it is sunny that it. 1) asad 2) craig n 3) hill bill10 4) markoos 5) Bourkey Bourkey
  20. You have pretty much said it above mate. Nothing else to it. Just be careful thats all. Bourkey
  21. I did this on my old 4EFE. Does give you a little umph. It will show up on the rolling road anyway. If you drive sensibly you also get more miles per gallon ;). Bourkey
  22. It's not chav it's functional my friend ;). To do it just unscrew the bolts that hold the bonnet on put in a few thick washers and bolt it back on. You may need longer bolts if you go quite high though. Bourkey
  23. Exhausts...I don't know what your talking about ;). Bourkey
