As im still not online at home i've not had any chance to give any updates. Recently i took all the alcantara off and cleaned it due to a couple of months of dirt from getting parts for Alexs Starburst. Then i have glued it back down so it has a smother look as it was ruffled before. It looks much better and neater now and im really happy with it. Another thing i have done is take off the rear wiper and fitted a sleeker looking punto wiper. It doesn't really wipe much of the window but it looks a lot better. Me and Alex got some fantastic news from a friend of ours today but all will be revealed when ready. I can't wait!!!!!! I'll put up some more pics of my car when my home internet is back on.

Lots of progress is gonna happen this week matey. And we have got some fantastic news this week but it will have to wait until they are ready. I don't know about you Alex but im bouncing off the walls im so excited!!!!!!!!!

I completely disagree with eating, drinking, smoking or any other form of non driving activity. Causes accidents. Not worth it. You can always stop and do any of them. It wont kill you to wait but it will kill you to do it. You have to concentrate completely on driving as it's an extremely dangerous excercise if you don't. In the end i believe it's a law to protect like wearing your seatbelt so saying it's to make money im afraid i disagree. Bourkey

Problem nearly solved!!!!!! I rang Orange up and said i had had enough and wanted to cancel. Then i rang my mate up who works at Carphone Warehouse and he has got me AOL broadband with a free Dell laptop worth £450!!!!!! Now i just have to wait for Orange to give me a MAC code and i'll be back online. Word of advice. Never use Orange broadband!!!!!!!

Right i've been offline for over a week now and im ticked off to say the least. Im even typing this from my sony ericsson w850. Im sick of orange turning my broadband on and off so i need your advice on which provider to use as im cancelling orange. Any suggestions welcome. Cheers and rant over

Hi again, Sorry for the slow update as im still offline at home. @Liam D The wing you wanted was scratched when they moved the car last week. I found another green Starlet the same colour and it was in mint condition. The only body part that was missing was ..... The wing you wanted. But i'll keep my eyes peeled for you. @Stup86 The Fog light switch will be no more than £4. I can get this for you if you want. Sorry Geo i can't remember where i saw it. I've looked high and low but i can't find it. It did look good though.

Dam i wish i was still on holiday. I've been back over two weeks and im missing it still. Glad your having a mint time. That is actually on my list of places im going next year.

Same colour as your Sportif Im going again this weekend as my girlfriend has had a bump and im getting parts for her corsa, So i could get a price and pick it up for you. I saw this on another site a couple of months ago and it worked really well as cars all over the country were being posted up. In the section people post up where a car is being broken up so people know where they can go for second hand parts. This is because i have found the Starlet is a hard car to find in scrappies but if you where in one and spotted any kind of Starlet you could pot the info in here and maybe a picture. For example. Car: UK N/A Starlet Sportif Colour: Green Location: Autosave Scrapyard, Pimhole Lane, Bury, Manchester Description: Rear end damage with quite a few parts left still. And Car: UK N/A Starlet Sportif Colour: Red Location: Autosave Scrapyard, Pimhole Lane, Bury, Manchester Description: Front end damage with Pretty much everything there still. (These are real ones by the way) What do you all think?

It is unbelievable that Colin and Johnnyâ??s lives have been taken so prematurely and in such a tragic manner. Colin was a great son, a loving husband to Alison and a fantastic father to Johnny and his big sister Hollie. Johnny was a great wee guy, spending every spare minute with his dad, and even at this early stage it looked like he had the potential to carry on the family dynasty. Our thoughts are also very much with the families of Ben Porcelli and Graeme Duncan. Ben was a great buddy of Johnnyâ??s and they had always spent a lot of time together both in and out of school. Graeme, who now resides in France, had been a close friend of Colinâ??s since their schooldays and was back in Lanark on holiday. We are thankful for the overwhelming number of messages of support we have received from all around the world. Colin was very much an inspiration and role model to motorsport fans the world over. As you can imagine this is a very difficult time for the family and we would ask that our privacy be respected and we be allowed to grieve in private.â?ÂÂ

What a legend!!!! Will miss seeing this guy drive as he was amazing. First Richard Burns now Colin aswell. My thoughts go out to his family. R.I.P. Sorry to hear someone you know was the aswell Geo. A Terrible accident for all involved.

This is the reason we have hoodies on street corners, stabbings and shootings. I live in Manchester where all this crime is soaring out of control yet im gonna get pulled over for having a loud exhaust. But if i have a gun in my hand i'll have respect from them because the police aren't doing anything about them. If i ever get pulled over by the police for this then i will laugh at the police officer and drive off. Just like i did when i got pulled before i went away. I was pulled over and he got me out and started having a go at me because of my sound system on a busy main road during the day. I just laughed and said "we have both got better things to do so im going." the funny thing is he must have know i was right as he didnt stop me. It's just another poke at our hobby and us actual car enthusiasts have to stick up for ourselves.

That 15" Sony sub is pretty good. The shape of it stops it distorting easily at the top end. On downside is that its a bit heavier but the sound quality speaks for itself. Im sorry to say i've never really liked Sony's speakers as the others in the same price range sound better. But if you got them for free you can't complain at all. I was going to put 6x9's in mine but i decided not to in the end just because it sounded great as it was. But if i was going to mount them anywhere i'd have them in the place where the rear bench was as there are two small dents where the rear passengers sat. Id have one in each dent. REMEMBER: Dont put the power cable down the side with the petrol tank. If you have any petrol spilages and they get to that power cable. You car will cook completely in less than five min. Thats a pretty damn good job your doing there phil. Keep up the good work. ;)

Howdy, Glad to hear your using my idea. I will allow it as long as you do it right. ;). If you want any help just give me a shout. A little piece of advice for you is to keep some of the car pet you use. Just enough to cover the sub from theiving eyes when your not about. What sub and speakers are you using?

WOW!!!! that is a mint price!!!!!!!!! Looks super clean. When i was looking for a Black SR none turned up for nearly a year. Ever since i've got mine there has been one for sale every other week. Wouldn't swap mine though. May have 90k on it but i love it

2 weeks. Good time then? Yes the turtles we saw were huge. I couldn't get pictures of them though as they kept moving when i was taking one. They looked cool though.

Thanks for the comments. The cars we rented were o.k. for the three days we had them. Im used to having my SR which handles a ton better. I turned the corner and it struggled for grip. We were meant to get C2 VTR's but they brought the wrong cars so we put up with these instead. They got us about anyway so they did the job. The quad was a road legal one as well so i could take it on the road as well as mess about off road. I was doing donuts on it which was pretty fun. I have been on quads plenty of times before so it wasn't like i didn't know how to ride it. The Go karts were mint. They were 300cc karts so they were pretty rapid abd the exhaust popped and banged when you slowed down. I still have a sore back from the seat but the pain was worth the win. My girlfriend wanted to place a bet that she would win. I wish id took it now. The Jet Skiing had to be one of my favourite things because id never done it before. They were Seadoo GTI's. The engines were extremely powerful but i never took my throttle off until i nearly came off it. I can see why people think they are dangerous but i wanted to make sure i got my monies worth by having the best time ever on them. We also did, Horse riding which i was a bit worried about as i've never liked horses. We went turtle spotting, and these turtles were massive. I did it for my girlfriend but ended up enjoying it. We did Lots of boat trips including to Zante's shipwreck which was pretty cool to walk about inside. We rented push bikes to spend the day doing some form of excercise after the cars, and quads. And of course we went clubbing and drinking at the night. And one of them was at a VIP party on an entire island. Im glad to say i wasn't sick once but a couple of people i went with were. The two weeks flew by but as they say...Time flies when your having fun. Here are a few more piccies for you The Shipwreck The Club Island Hotel pool/bar area. They have speed limits over there but they aren't as enforced so everyone speeds. Including the old woman who burned past me. I felt like a learner at that point.

After two weeks of red hot sun im back in England again. Im pleased to say it was sunny when i landed but not quite as good as Zante. Im missing the clear skies and crystal clear sea already but never mind. The two weeks flew buy because i was having so much fun. I went on a Jet Ski for the first time and i loved it. I nearly came off it at one point but i just managed to keep on. I went paragliding, which i was a bit worried about because i am not a fan of heights but i loved it aswell. I went Go Karting as usual and for the fourth holiday running i won. But my back it badly cut as my boney back didnt agree with the plastic seat. We rented two left hand drive cars between six of us, which were surprisingly easy to drive accept grabbing the door handle once or twice instead of the gearstick. I also rented a beast of a quad bike to get about when we gave the cars back. View of our beach Karting My Quad Our Pimp Mobiles: 1st gear....nothing......second gear.....a touch of power......3rd-5th gears.......nothing. And the handling was worse than a shopping trolly. Mint Sony headunit though. Bring on my next holiday when ever it will be. I saw a few N/A Starlets 1 GT and 1 Glanza in red. Glad to see all the projects are coming along nicely.
